I recently booked a group of 24 into this hotel. It is a really good hotel situated away from the hectic main town, Andorra la Vella. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and has above ground parking which is rare in Andorra (most being underground), there is a frequent bus service into the main town for those who must visit. The hotel has a very traditional look, and the rooms are very well appointed, most with balconies. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant offers very good choices for meals and the breakfast will set you up for the day.
A hotel not to be missed, I would happily recommend this hotel for groups and individuals alike.

In the centre of Ordino, Hotel Coma is a great hotel with special attention to customers. The restaurant offers nice dishes, there are plenty of space, inside or outside to take rest, read a book or the press: a perfect place to enjoy some relaxing day. There is a pool and tennis court outside for summer, in winter time close to ski station.
Recommended if you look for a nice hotel with reasonable price.

We came here for an evening drink, to watch Barca and to eat. The staff on reception are amazing, nothing is too much for them. The bar staff friendly and chatty despite the language barrier as my Spanish is very poor. The restaurant was lovely, the waiter speaks good English and had a great sense of humour. The food was very good and a reasonable price. The house red is excellent. We come here at least once a year and this visit was one of the best. Always worth a visit.

When visiting little Andorra, my cousin and I wanted to stay away from the charmless capital full of shoppers and bankers. We wanted to see scenery and get a feel for the country beyond duty-free. We chose the charming little town of Ordino because it was accessible from the capital by bus as well as near hiking trails into the mountains. The Hotel Coma looks and feels like a ski resort. But in the off-season it is a VERY reasonably priced hotel. It was not crowded, but we did not come to Ordino from Barcelona for crowds. The hallways are a little reminiscent of the movie "The Shining" and the hallways creaked loudly when I walked down the corridor. The rooms however were very modern and had balconies with a view of the Pyranees and the village below. The hotel was located on a hill at the edge of the center so it made grabbing food and drink very easy. The quiet of this village in the mountains was good for sleep. There is a local restaurant in the hotel that serves seasonal fare, but is a little expensive, probably because the winter guests are probably paying a lot more than we were in the Spring.

Room Tip: Balcony rooms with views of the mountains

This hotel is officially only rated as 3 stars but it could easily be 4. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the staff very friendly and the views incredible.

We were here in the off season and our room cost only 57 euros. If in Andorra, I would certainly stay in this hotel and in the town of Ordino rather than the ugly town of Andorra la Vella.

Also, we are not big breakfast eaters, Despite the fact that they only serve a buffet breakfast, they let us have a croissant and coffee each for just a bit over 5 euros total. Very accommodating and fair of them.
