The staff and the owner are great people!
Location is great! Few minutes to Grandvalirra mountain funicular!
We were short of more fresh vegetables on breakfast or dinner table! But food was really good!
Nice view to a riverside!
Thanks for everything!;)

Reccomendation - use a local sauna and swimming pool! Five minutes to walk to it. 9eur per person.

A group of us stayed here to do a little hiking in the Encamp area. The rooms were comfortable. Those on the street side had a/c units. those on the back side did not but you could open the doors to get ventilation. The breakfast each morning was a typical Catalan breakfast with rolls, meats, cheese, along with fruit, hardboiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, etc. The top floor had an open terrace that didn't seem to be set up yet for guests but we still used it. The proprieter, Luis, provided us with two hiking routes for us. Each morning he showed us landmarks on his computer, and gave us a map. It was a great to have a local to tell us where to hike. Luis and his staff made our stay in Encamp memorable!

Nice hotel. With pretty small rooms and cold tiles on the floor. These were the only things I didn't much like about the hotel.
The bed is spacious, the bathroom is clean and have a small bath. Being quite small, I could fit into it every time after skiing. That was relaxing.
The hotel is located just in between two bus stops. Both of them very near. It takes around 7 minutes to get to the Funicamp.
A department store - next door, pharmacy and tourist information just in front.
The family, holding the hotel is very easy-going, caring and friendly. They are always ready to help you with any request you have.
Sometimes they switch off batteries, so you might find your clothes still wet in the morning. If you washed them in the eve, off course.

Hint: If you're not early birds and the fruits look finished on breakfast - just ask for the ones you want from the waiter. ;-)

As soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted by a smile. Everyone is extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very very comfy.

The food at the restaurant is really nice, all home cooked by the owner Lluis.

You have the Funibus stop (bus that takes you to Funicamp) nearly in front of the hotel door, but if not it's a 10 min walk to the cable car. I would recommend renting the equipment in advance online for good offers.

I have been driving down to Andorra almost every year for 20 years or so to go skiing with friends and have stayed with Luis at the Hotel Paris in Encamp on every single occasion. The Paris is a warm, friendly and comfortable hotel with good food and all at an affordable price. The staff are always friendly and helpful (on a previous trip, the owner arranged for a friends car to be repaired when it suffered a major breakdown and he even negotiated the best possible deal for him). Rooms are warm and comfortable, have private facilities and most have air conditioning installed. They are kept immaculately clean. If you are going skiing in Andorra and are taking your own transport, this hotel is ideally situated right in the middle of Andorra making all of the ski resorts in the principality easily accessible and not too far away. There are road "trains" that will transport you to the Gondola station and they stop to pick you up or drop you off about 100 yards from the hotel. The hotel will even arrange lift passes, ski hire or ski lessons at a discounted rate for you on request. When you stay here you are right on the doorstep of the local shops and you are only a few kilometers away from Andorra la Vella (about 5 minutes in a car) which is good for shopping and has a huge spa and "wellness" resort called Caldea. I rate the Paris and its staff very highly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Andorra who wants a warm, friendly, comfortable and affordable place to stay that serves good food.
