Just had a night here, super hotel, good location. Hotel staff most welcoming. Lovely bar area with patio and sun umbrellas overlooking a good size garden area with a football area for the kids. Swimming pool, gymn and spa conference room if needed. Everything you could want. Good size bedrooms great breakfast... really good value for money will return !!

Room Tip: Ask for a back room overlooking the garden if possible

I was taken here as a surprise for my wedding anniversary. My husband made a brilliant choice. The suite we had was gorgeous, the staff were extremely friendly, the food was very good and the spa and gym were very well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Willerby Manor. A very enjoyable two days, your only a couple of miles from Hull, which was very nice, plenty of shops and great riverside cafes.

We chose the hotel as it was convenient for Beverley races (15 minutes drive). The hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking available. The reception staff were enthusiastic, friendly and efficient, as were all of the service team that we met during our one night stay. We were upgraded to an “executive” room which was larger and more comfortable in a quiet wing overlooking the gardens. The lack of air conditioning on a very hot day was a concern but the receptionist provided a cooling fan that did a reasonable job. The hotel’s free wi-fi worked well in all locations. The hotel may boast a health club (which we didn’t use) but it does lack a comfortable bar. A few tables in the Figs Brasserie are deemed to form the bar seating which was far from ideal. That said, we did have an excellent meal in Figs which most definitely lived up to its standard of one AA Rosette. The seafood was excellent with Skipsea crab, cod and Whitby prawns being delicious choices. A short but well balanced wine list offered good value. Breakfast was not so good however with a poor buffet selection that was offset by a very good full English cooked meal. Overall, a reasonable hotel that was lifted by good service and good cooking

My daughter and her husband booked this hotel for their wedding reception and evening party. The reception staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the reception were very efficient and everything went without a hitch apart from forgetting to put on our background music cd. My daughter asked and it was sorted straight away. The food was out of this world. We had home made fish finger and salad to start, Very tasty! The main course was duck followed by warm chocolate brownie and ice cream - both excellent.

The grounds were superb. All private for our exclusive use and a great backdrop for the photos.

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, although it was rather drab and dated. The bed was so low that if I'd have fell out during the night, I wouldn't have even noticed! I'm not sure why this was so but it was comfortable and we slept well. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean, the mirrors and brass all fingermarks and smears.

The evening party was held in The Talbot Room. What an amazing time! The DJ was brilliant, playing all requests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Breakfast next morning was ok but nothing exceptional. The waitress was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was served very quickly after ordering.

Overall, we had a wonderful day and apart from one or two minor niggles, we would certainly recommend this hotel as a venue for any couple's wedding reception.

My Daughter & her partner had booked this venue to hold their civil service, wedding breakfast and evening reception. We could not fault the staff leading up to the wedding, they were always available with help and advise.
On the day of the wedding, again the staff were available at all times, the service at the wedding breakfast was fast and efficient. We only had compliments for the food served. They went out of their way to ensure all the guest could eat something even when it ment deviating from the chosen menu for one guest who was unable to eat due to a jaw operation. All the staff were friendly and could not have more helpful.
I cannot thank them enough for helping to make it such an amazing wedding day for my daughter and son-in-law.

I have stayed here on many occasions, always polite and helpful reception staff, The rooms are always clean and well aired, the rooms overlooking the garden are usually much quieter than the car park side, well appointed and bright.
The restaurant serves up nicely presented food, or you can eat in the bar, breakfasts are usually busy but good too.
Good all round hotel, executive rooms are worth looking at, depending on budget. If you have time there is a pool, gym and spa, so handy for a swim and workout.
Whenever I am staying in Hull I would always try here first.

Room Tip: Ask for the Garden side, Its a nice view and quiet

After a long long day on the road stuck in all available traffic jams I was happy to arrive at the hotel (at around 19:30) and parked fairly close to the main doors and found check in to be pleasant and efficient and helped by my rewards card upgrade.

My room was large and spotlessly clean with great wifi coverage, I showered quickly and headed down to the bar. A nice surprise was the outdoor area which allowed be to dine outside with a couple of pints of Henry's IPA. The service of both food and drink was fantastic and the staff were a credit to the hotel.

I enjoyed a good peaceful nights sleep and again the food service at breakfast was spot on with great views over the garden. Check out was a breeze and the bill very reasonable indeed.

In short if you're in the area book this hotel, I'll return without a doubt!
