Our last away match of the season and we made the drive to and from Selhurst Park. According to our long held custom, the return trip is interrupted by a stop for a meal in an Indian restaurant. Using the trusty iPhone we located a restaurant en route, set the Sat Nav and headed for Moksha,
A Sunday evening, and we were early, so when we arrived we were the first customers. A table was readily shown to us and menus provided. Drinks orders taken and apart from the usual start of papadums, we were given a free serving of vegetable bargees. Excellent and very tasty.
Food ordered and quite soon served, I have to say that my own dish was unquestionably the best Indian restaurant meal I have ever been served, and I have had some very good ones. My two companions were equally impressed, and despite having a glass of Tomic knocked over me by a very apologetic waiter, (that was of no consequence), we enjoyed a very pleasant 90 minutes before resuming our road trip back to Lymington.
This was an excellent venue. On the main road, ample free parking opposite in the local trade centre, and the restaurant itself was clean, smart and the toilets were also very clean and smart.
A place to recommend to anybody in New Malden, or passing by. Excellent.
