Casa Maurice is a very well placed small house: you can reach anything on foot and you don't need to walk too much. The small terrace is indeed enchanting and the price we got was very good. On top of that, Nadia, the person in charge to introducing to the place is a very nice person.
However you should know that:
1) it is impossible to reach the place with your car, so in case you have small children who cannot carry their own luggage this could be a fuss because from the closest place where you can leave your car to the house there's a good walk up on a hill.
2) The place is noisy. It's close to a small "plaza" where young people stay up a long time. They drink, smoke pot and sometimes play music. They're not dangerous but you can hear them all night long. The neighbors too, considering how close are the houses, when they watch TV with the window open it's also as noisy (anybody sleeps with the window open because at night is pleasantly cool).
3) Warm water. It has to be switched on at least 15 minutes you want to take a shower and it can be used maximum for three people. So, despite the fact the house can host up to 5 people, you have to take turn to shower. Besides, there is only one bathroom.
I think Casa Maurice is perfect for a short stay but I would not recommend it for more than 3 nights.
