Proper fishing boats and leisure craft to suit everyone, plenty of cafes and restaurants.
Surrounded by some of the best countryside in England and the world famous Jurassic Coast with Golden Cap as the highest cliff on the south coast.

If you love walking around the coast this town is highly recommended
The beautiful yellow cliffs that loom over the pebble beach while the waves crash all around, then around the harbour watching the local fishermen with stops for a tea or snack.

The beach is good for a walk but the town....oh no what town. There is nothing there at all. A place to whizz in and out for a walk and bag of chips and make your way instead to Lyme Regis which is lovely.

Another gem in the Jurassic coast with amazing beaches and awesome cliffs with colours that change throughout the day. The smart harbour and marina blend with the historic buildings, providing a wide range of places to eat (especially fish!) and stay with none of the big chains to spoil it. There are also many dog friendly places to add to the welcome if you have your pet with you. A great centre for a relaxing holiday with plenty of walks.
