“Quiet location”
Reviewed August 13, 2018 for a stay in August 2018

This holiday let is in a quiet remote location. The bungalow is well equipped and clean and tidy. It has a homely feel and goats at the bottom of the garden. It is an ideal location for visiting the broads where boats can be hired . Cromer is a short drive away and Norwich city is always worth a visit for a good days shopping. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

“Comfortable very nice house - great base for rural Norfolk”
Reviewed April 23, 2018 for a stay in April 2018

The house is comfortable and well-equipped, lovely to come back to after our trips out. Various sights good for birdwatching within reach, and walks, and though we didn't have the best weather we got out and about making good use of our wellies! We also enjoyed a combined trip of steam train and boat ride on the Broads, as well as visits to National Trust estates. Rural, but handy to have a Tesco in Aylsham. The house offers wifi but our phones weren't good enough to pick it up and mobile signal in the area is patchy, so some connections we needed to make were a challenge. Useful to have the owners next door in case of any problems, which there weren't.

“Summer Holidays”
Reviewed August 30, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We had a lovely, peaceful holiday even with 2 children! Perfect location, the owners are very nice and helpful. Location wise was great, not too far a drive to beautiful places. The horses, goats and Bruno the dog were a lovely bonus.

“Perfect tucked away country cottage”
Reviewed August 26, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Just spent a week in this very cosy, comfortable cottage. Spotlessly clean with much attention to detail. You will be sure to receive a very warm welcome from the owners, Marilyn and Paul, who should give lessons in hospitality! The cottage is in a good location for both the Broads and the coast and if you come with children, they will love the horses and goats at the end of the garden. Definitely hope to visit again!

“A lovely peaceful retreat”

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was so peaceful, cosy and restful. Our hosts friendly and approachable, caring about our welfare. The location was just perfect far enough away from everything to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to amenities ti bring home a takeaway which was still hot. It was a brilliant centre for discovering Norfolk with the broads and the coast as well as Norwich within easy drive. Thank you for a lovey stay.
