I've traveled the world and use this site a lot but I finally 'joined' the site as my experience at The Palm Trees was so good I had to give them props.

I stayed here for a month taking over 3 huts with my family.

You will spend more here than at other huts but the money is well spent. The huts are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are miles above what you will find in other huts. Proper fixtures, brick walls, newly tiled floors and a steady supply of hot water.

The gardens around the huts are unlike any other. We looked at a few other places and the communal grounds in those were mostly sand or dust where The Palm Trees has really made an effort to create an oasis with paths, trees, hammocks to chill out in etc. It is also enclosed so my son could run around on his own without me worrying that he might wander off.

The location is perfect. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach but at the same time removed from the beach so you get change of pace . . . not always in one scene like it would be if you stay right on the beach.

Over and above all this though, is the people. George and Rinu welcomed us like family from day one. They were so great with my son and became fast friends with myself and the rest of my family. They are great with kids/families but if you want to check out the party scene they are great hosts for this also. Full Power!!

The Palm Trees really felt like home and I will definitely return. It's great for families but also for young travelers or couples looking to tap into the local party scene (but they always take the party away from The Palm Trees so as not to disturb other guests).

I'm looking forward to next year already!

I should say I was fortune to choose George's resort. It was a beautiful hut with best facilities and of course the people there are really nice..

I had a great time in Goa, thank you George for that and the party we did was amazing..

I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who visits Palolem.

Nicest of the beach huts in the area. But if you are in search of a luxury holiday, dont go to Palolem, and rather head north to one of the five stars. There is only very basic accommodation throughout Patnem and Palolem. If you are up for a rustic experience, Palm Trees is the best the area has to offer!

However it is not on the beach like most other huts, so it kind of defeats the point of staying in an authentic "beach" hut. Its not cheap by Indian accomm standards but its clean, functional, and set in a nice garden. The huts are built well with all basic amenities.

The highlight of this place though is the people!!! If you want to meet two of the best guys in India, stay here for this reason! George and Vino made our time there, such great guys and we spent many an hour chatting!

Location wise: Palm Trees is not on the beach (Patnem), but is a few minutes walk away. The main beach of Palolem is a few minutes drive. Rent a scooter. Not walking distance. Loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Palolem and Patnem is a beautiful idyllic spot with great beach restaurants.

To meet really special people, stay here! Thank you George and Vino!

What was suppose to be a 5 night stay in patnem turned into 30days. Thanks to the the palm tree resort. My fiancé and I had never been so relaxed. Steps to the beach and restaurants the location was bang on. The staff and management was beyond any expectations I ever could have had.

Huts were spacious and so clean. I have never slept so well. Bathrooms the size of most other huts on the beach. It was the perfect break from the dust and pas of India.

We made friends that will last a life time and memories that highlight our 4 month trip in India!
Thanks to you all at the palm trees resort can't wait to come back! Full power! No tension!

Room Tip: All are awesome, ask to have a look as rooms differ.
