When we arrived at the airport there was a Sentido stand and we was allocated our room and the all inclusive bands put on in Paphos airport.Rhe transfer was about 20 minutes on the coach. The reception area was modern and the staff were very friendly. We was greeted with a galas of champagne. We had room 1146 , the room was fantastic very modern ,clean, large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and the balcony had a truly amazing view of the beach and bay. Our room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The restaurant was clean, modern and the food was excellent very varied and hot. We are vegetarian and there was plenty of choice every day. Vaso who cooks the ommlettes in the morning was so friendly and helpful everyday. We was shown to a table at the restaurant every meal the by a very friendly and efficient young lady. The pool area is brilliant, loads of sun beds and a very nice pool which was warm and had small water features, a very relaxing area. The snack bar was also brilliant with constant supply of chips, pizza, sandwiches etc. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the beach and the coastal path which goes all the way to Paphos airport, the walk is beautiful and takes about 30 minutes. There is a bus service outside the hotel never 611: that takes you all the way to Paphos, this costs £1:50 each or you can buy a day pass for £5 which we did as we went to coral bay on the bus.the entertainment staff work very hard and the shows were very good. A special mention to Laura from the entertainment team who is so friendly and really made my wife and I very welcome.I highly recommend this hotel it is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Thankyou for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back!!!

First time we have stayed at this hotel and would certainly return again. Friendliness and cleanliness was outstanding. Services were really good as was the variety of food at all times. Staff were more than obliging if you had any problem and the entertainment staff were good fun too. Well done to Abdul with his Aqua Fit, he ran the best class!! Never felt pressured to have to join in but they were encouraging for you to participate in anything you wanted. Great Hotel and great holiday! Thank you!

Room tip: Bay View room which looked over the sea and over the hotel pool. Was really nice to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy

Arrived late 22 June 2019 for a week having stayed here 3 years ago. Standards have slipped. When paying a lot of money for a 4 star break, you do not expect to have to pay an extra €3 per day for the safe, nor to keep refilling your initial small water bottle each time. This isn’t convenient when not located near a water machine. Don’t book room 2001 as there is no view other than the hotel next door. Watch this space for more information .

We are a family of four and we booked this holiday for the kids to have fun and for us to have a rest. Our children are 10 & 6. This hotel did not disappoint. From the moment you walked in you felt welcome and well looked after.

The rooms were very clean and I especially love the family room with two single beds for the kids.

The food was lovely, a good variety on an evening and lovely each to access snacks all day. The drink were great especially the cocktails. They were freshly made not pre mixed..... try the Smile Cocktail. The barman Isko was so lovely however my husband has been making his own cocktails since being introduced to some new ones by Isko.

My son made some lovely friends but along side that the hotel was a peaceful place where I had no worries about my son exploring. He was well looked after whenever he went to the bar for his fruit punch lol

The entertainment team made a good effort. There is a kids club which the kids enjoyed. My son was happy there was a PlayStation that he could use!! On an evening there was a mini disco every night. My daughter really enjoyed this. The staff took it in turns to run the mini disco and I have to say that Dennis was the best (sorry to the others we still thought you were great). Lots of enthusiasm.

After the kids there was more entertainment. And they really put the effort it.

There were plenty of sunbeds but if you wanted them right by the pool you had to get up early to put the towels down.

Only thing I would say is that in the main restaurant for breakfast there is always plenty of food but they seemed a little short staffed. There were cups on the table so I presume someone would come round with tea and coffee but no one did and then at the coffee machines the cups ran out as they were on the tables???!! Only minor I always got a coffee but more of an observation. The staff also dropped lots of crockery I think it’s cause they were working at full pace. I hope they have more staff in the restaurant at peak times. Like I said observation it was not a big issue and the food was lovely.

Thank you guys for a lovely holiday I hope to see you again xxx
