It's a nice activity to escape the high temperatures. It makes for very cool pictures too. The staff were friendly too. There's a nice local restaurant outside too.

Brilliant. So clever, we went with a family group of seven. We had so much fun interacting with all the paintings. We came out with some amazing photos. Time and money well spent.

This is the second time we have been to this type of museum, the first time being in Melbourne, Australia. Whilst there were some really good aspects to this, including some fun photo opportunities, the staff were very disengaged. Often times you needed some to take a photo of you as a couple and there was either no one about or they were watching something on their phones. One big example of this was along the last corridor, where the photo opportunities were for two people but there was no member of staff to help out and take photos. To add to this disappointment, 4 staff members were stationed at the entrance desk...again, mostly playing glued to their phones. During our time at the Melbourne version, staff were much more positive and voluntarily coming to help you.

In addition to this, some of the displays have guidance descriptors up, but this are placed in such a way that that they end up as part of your photo. Also, the mirrored displays are positioned in such a way that your photo includes images of other scenes....leaves the feeling that the whole thing hasn't been thought through properly.

Finally, they are charging 15 for water...you have to buy the trickeye branded one, as they sell no other brand!

1st time here didn’t really know what it was ( just seen pics on fb ) we had a driver for the day & asked him to take us here. It was an enjoyable hour or so. Think it was around £25 for both myself & hubby. Took some funny/ strange pics.

Didn’t think this experience was very good. It’s very expensive as children are charged adult price over 100cm. So 1 adult and 2 12yr olds was $75 AUD.
It’s essentially just painting on a wall. Should he called trick camera museum not trick eye as the name suggests that there will be optical illusions and a bit more exciting than just posing in a painting for a photo.
Not sure how they can justify the entry price as there is no cost to run except for staff at the ticket counter.
Don’t waste your money
