Dear Top Supermarket,
I would like to share our experience shopping at Top Central Festival Phuket this evening. First of all, I would like to tell that central is one of our favorites places and also Top. My name is ณัฐนาฏ ยวงใย, and my phone number is 0877026600. We went to buy products from Top as usual but during the process of payment at cashier No. 4 at 8:10 then there were 2 staffs talking to each other about Laguna Phuket. I have points in my card 800 points. We try to use our point to get discount. We know that 400 points are equal to 100 Baht so we want to use all of the 800 points but the two staffs still talking to each other without concentrate on us. So after they turn around to us and said 800 points is able to discount for 100 Baht only. They don't even tell us if we use discount via application we will get 200 Baht discount but they mentioned that to us when it is too late to use points already. So today we don't get any discount at all. And also we lose 800 points with the inattentive payment service and we have to wait to get the points back within 7 days. So my complaints are staffs should pay attention more to the customer to avoid all the unsatisfaction. But they only talk to each other all the time. That is the source of the problem. Please the bill in the picture as your reference. Thank you very much for your kindly attention.

Your Sincerely
Nattanard Yuangyai

I always visit Central to stock up on groceries and to have a meal, when I'm in Phuket. It can get very crowded on weekends, and the parking can be a hassle. I like MK steamboat for its variety of vegetables and clear stock.

As mentioned... Huggies swimming nappies found at the supermarked here! Around 500 baht but totally worth it... Nice senter with plenty of restaurants and shops..way better then Jungceylong..

The CentralFestival is a big mall. There are a lot of shops, nice food court. But there are several "mall rules" and things that spoiled our visit:
- on the parking, it's written that if you make purchases for more than 1k - 1.5k batt - you get 2h of parking for free. When we drove up to the checkout and showed the bills - it appeared that we had to go to some Information point in the mall to get those 2 free hours. I'm wondering how a tourist can know about this? Neither anyone warned us about this nor it's displayed on any stand with rules

- we wanted to take small cars for kids and they didn't give us any because of the "rules". It appeared that 1 years old is too small and 2.5 years old is too big already. I'm wondering who can use those cars then?? There are a lot of people in the mall and just a few cars and they were still available as nobody could take them

- when we wanted to take a train for kids - it's said that for every 1500 batt bill, you get 2 free tickets. We came with 3200 batt bill and of course they didn't give us 4 tickets, only 2. So, it's the same if you make a purchase of 25k batt and 1500 batt - you would still get only 2 tickets as 25k batt is only one bill

And such things happen during the whole our visit in different places.
Other than that:
- most of stuff don't speak any English
- the prices are quite high comparing to the service received

Thank Andrey L

Really liked CentralFestival, preferred it to Jungceylon. Lovely shops, better service and great food areas. Lots of local bites but also some western food options if you want them. We opted for lunch at Shabu Shi which was an experience. Some good discounts if you register for the tourist discounts, you’ll need your passport or at least your passport number for this up on the third floor. We found it worthwhile and don’t forget to claim your VAT!
