I would like to share our experience shopping at Top Central Festival Phuket this evening. First of all, I would like to tell that central is one of our favorites places and also Top. My name is ณัฐนาฏ ยวงใย, and my phone number is 0877026600. We went to buy products from Top as usual but during the process of payment at cashier No. 4 at 8:10 then there were 2 staffs talking to each other about Laguna Phuket. I have points in my card 800 points. We try to use our point to get discount. We know that 400 points are equal to 100 Baht so we want to use all of the 800 points but the two staffs still talking to each other without concentrate on us. So after they turn around to us and said 800 points is able to discount for 100 Baht only. They don't even tell us if we use discount via application we will get 200 Baht discount but they mentioned that to us when it is too late to use points already. So today we don't get any discount at all. And also we lose 800 points with the inattentive payment service and we have to wait to get the points back within 7 days. So my complaints are staffs should pay attention more to the customer to avoid all the unsatisfaction. But they only talk to each other all the time. That is the source of the problem.
