It was our first time in Phuket and it was nothing short of amazing. We only stayed for 2 nights here and we're glad we chose to book our accommodation in Pulllman Niathon Beach.

We arrived at Phuket around 9:00pm and we're glad that the Hotel is just 15mins away by Taxi from the airport.

During check-in, we were given a welcome drink by the nice lady while she processed our documents. They also gave us a complimentary upgrade to their deluxe room so we no longer have to transfer on our second night.
Along with our key cards is a map of the property which the lady has explained to us very well. The place is really huge but no need to worry as they have a 24/7 car service available to drive you within the Hotel.

The room was really spacious with a bath tub and a balcony. It was perfect! It also came in with a beach bag that you can use during your stay.

We availed of their buffet breakfast and the spread was extensive. They have both western and asian selection. Everything was good but their green chicken curry's my favorite. We really enjoyed our breakfast with the view of their pool and the beach.

The hotel has a direct access going to the beach but if you don't feel like walking, they have a shuttle service available every hour. Best part is, they have a beach cleanup happening once a week and guests are invited to participate!

The place and the view is amazing. It felt like paradise. Their staff were all so lovely and accommodating, especially Sharm. It was our first time here and she has been extremely helpful in giving us information and guiding us with the activities to take and the best restaurants to try.

Our stay with Pullman was short but it was unforgettable. <3

I hardly know were to start my praises for this fine hotel and it’s staff. We arrived on a Luxury Escapes package, a company we prefer to use for our holidays. I have to say from the very moment we arrived the gorgeous staff have shown us nothing but kindness and oh the grace and good manners are beyond compare.
We have enjoyed some beautiful meals with Pong and his staff in Vero restaurant . Terrific service and delicious meals finished with a lemoncello, I did not tell them I often make my own at home and theirs was even more yummy than mine.
The breakfasts the hotel serves are a greedy girls dream, along with the constant hot coffee just brilliant.
Our package included our meals and we could not believe just how good they all are. No skimping on quality here and believe me I recognise a great meal when I see one. I must point out we are vegetarians and had absolutely no problem finding delicious meals.
Roxanne who appears to be on duty for every hour God sends is a star. She always stops for a chat with you and was incredibly helpful in our quest for some rings we had seen. All her staff were brilliant in the quest to order the rings big enough for our large western fingers. Thanks so much ladies we totally appreciate the help you gave us.
The crew that served us at the pool could not be faulted, thanks team you have know idea how nice it is for a lady who does all the meals at home to enjoy lunch she did not have to make herself.
Our room was very good but the lovely staff in this hotel made it a joy to stay here.
I think it’s an amazing place to fly and flop as it’s rather secluded, but we loved it. We think it has been one of our best hotel stays ever and would love to return.
