We arrived late at night 10 minutes before reception closed. The bedsheets were stained and very unpleasant to sleep in it. The toilet bowl had a rim of brown water at all times. (Even when the maids have just cleaned! Or not) Hotel needs to improve its hygiene.
The wifi signal was appalling. You have to be lucky to have a strong signal as it fluctuated from hour to hour and was off more than it was on.
They do not provide a kettle. But has a fridge with daily water supplied by hotel.
There is a safe in the bedroom but is so small. Big enough only to fit phones and iPad. So do not take a laptop.
Breakfast was basic and needed to be ordered before crossing the road to be serve at this hut next to the beach.
The swimming pool only had 2 sun bed with cushions on it. All the others were just plastic and very uncomfortable to lay in.
On the positive side hotel provided beach towels to take to the beach. And again to sit on the sun beds without padding.

This is for the main hotel. On first entering the room we noticed that the sheets had blood stains on them. As it was after 11pm there were no staff to contact. So we had to move the sheets around to we could at least get to bed. The bed was changed each day but the bedding had seen better days. Holes and rips in bedding.

Bathroom damp and unwelcoming.

We had monsoon rains and we were on the top floor. Woke in morning with a wet bed. On investigation, water was dripping through the downlight.

Breakfast is served across the road on the path to the beach. The open sided restaurant is a haven for mosquitoes.

On a positive note. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were not expecting the Ritz but based on the price and quality compared to other hotels we have stayed in Thailand. This was not good. I would rather not go at all if I had to stay here again.

This hotel needs to up its game and modernise. Not even a kettle in the room!! Good job Tesco was only a 30 min walk away.

Is an all round holiday destination with the lovely beach located just front of the bungalows. The complex has that old school charm of quirkyness, friendliness and buckets of charm, a rare commodity in the modern world!
Situated in the middle is restaurant/drinking area that has a friendly chilled atmosphere. Long may its business continue!

The hotel is set back and on one side of the road, access to the beach is via the sister resort the other side where breakfast is served.
Very good value for money and based on this a excellent score for a mid range resort.
Lovely staff, very clean.", nice pool and some nice touches like beach towels and beach loungers.
Breakfast nice but basic (was included)
Quite location almost at one end of the beach but bars and restaurants close by making it a great spot.
Would recommend for value for money, nice beds, quite at night and clean.
If Being picky- Hotel is a few years old and could benefit from a lick of paint soon to hide a few wear and tear marks. Small balconies.
