Service was outstanding; when it comes to the Fairmont their customer service is near impeccable. The team was extraordinarily polite and supremely accommodating. The hotel boasts gorgeous views and offers a sanctuary for the many sea-turtles on the island. They make snorkeling a blast! The rooms were clean, spacious, and routinely serviced. Valet was, also, quite polite and rates were more than generous. Overall, it is an excellent hotel. One of the best on the island.

So glad we chose the Fairmont. Beautiful resort with nice heated pool (great for night swims) and beach with decent snorkeling. Everywhere we went the staff was so friendly. Especially the staff at the breakfast buffet which was so tasty. They changed the food selections each day so we never got tired of it. They had really yummy malasadas!! One of our best trips ever and we have been to Hawaii over twenty times.

I'll preface this by staying that my wife and I have yet to stay - we have a trip booked in June for our babymoon (first baby!) and my birthday and we couldn't be more excited. But I wanted to share our experience thus far since it's some of the best we've received in all of our years of traveling together.
The level of help and service that we've received already is second-to-none. The staff have helped us figure out transportation to and from the resort, activities in and around the compound, personal recommendations on restaurants, local transportation and hiking. They've also helped arrange a few personal items as well.
We'll be staying in a partial ocean view (fingers-crossed they have availability for an upgrade to a Gold floor room which would make it perfect!) and the staff have been super helpful describing the room types/locations.
My wife and I have stayed quite a few luxury hotels, and we're incredibly impressed by the attention to detail. If the service at the resort is anything like what we've received thus far, we know we'll be in good hands. Can't wait to stay.

Absolutely amazing the location the rooms and the staff an unforgettable experience I would go back there in a heart beat the grounds were so well kept and everything was top notch the view from our room was wonderful
