It was a great pleasure staying at La Locanda del Buon Formaggio. The cheese production and hotel are part of one building and one morning we were able to walk downstairs and tour the production. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast in addition to five different kinds of cheese, made that day of course (the ricotta was still warm!).
The hotel itself is very nicely renovated and modern, and the staff very kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.
