Wow! Went across to Gozo to spend New Year's day and had no expectations of fine dining ... we found this place by chance and they were happy to accommodate us at 2:30 pm. They were full of happy extended families and couples enjoying a late lunch. My husband had the rack of lamb and he says it is te best he ever had, cooked to perfection (pink) and full of flavor. I had the swordfish served with a clam beurre blanc and little risotto balls with a slight curry taste ... That description does not do them justice ... the fish was so tasty and the combination worked very well. We also indulged in a perfect chocolate parfait served with pistachio ice cream and the most heavingly tarte tatin ( baked fresh to order, as it should be . If you are not willing to wait 25 min you do not deserve to taste it!). Unfortunately we will have to wait until next holiday to return as we are leaving on Thursday and they are closed tomorrow.
