We came on a promotion holiday, the apartment was OK, basic stuff but you do have to do your research before deciding to stay here. If you like walking you will be OK, as there are many steps up to a lot of apartments, and its about half hour stroll down into los cristianos. However, you can get a taxi back for about3 or 4 Euros. Our best meal out was at Taurus, the Argentinian steak restaurant across the road. We had a chateaubriand for 35 euro, the steak fabulous and nice proper chips and veg and 3 different sauces. The bearnaise sauce was gorgeous. There are loads of restaurants about. Lots of choice. The six hour timeshare talk was tedious but hey ho it was a cheap break. It was not too pressured, but it was a condition we had to endure for the offer of 79 pounds for the week. The entertainments round and about the resort were good.

Room tip: Get one by the pool

Stayed here for 3 nights - 12th - 15th November as was on another business trip.
Not ideal for business stays but no real hotels of that nature around as the island is based
on tourism.
Came here as had originally booked at Princesa sur dacil. On arrival were told fully booked!
But immediately booked into The Beverly Hills club which was a short drive away. If we didn't have a car then they would have paid the taxi so no complaints there.
Nice location and not too noisy.
Reception staff very polite and helpful.
Not impressed with having to pay for wi-fi so we could work as most cafe's/bars around had free wi-fi. As do most places I have travelled too (which is a lot.)
Place very clean and cleaners in every day.
Entertainment every night and some nice bars/restaurants around so can't complain there.

Overall I would give it 7 out of 10.

Ticked high on room service and spa. Not sure if they had a spa but no room service.

ny way all our gripes made we had a wonderful week and on the promotion day we bought into the club, home base Hotel Paradise Park Resort. We can't wait to use our membership and have heard lots of good things from other owners. I wouldn't hesitate to Recommend this scheme, it is much better than Time share, and will be an asset now and future.
For those of you who like self catering its great, for those with infirmities of the legs try something more flat or wait for next years upgrades on the Beverley Hills club when lifts are scheduled. Maybe a cable car from the town/beach Ha Ha Whatever, the whole thing is just glorious.

Room tip: Take a room facing the front of the complex for afternoon sunshine, higher up if possible to get the best from all 3 resorts and a seaview.

Well we arrived early and were allowed in our apt ,which was a nice start to the holiday.
The weather was good, air con in the apt was on a timer so went off at 7 pm ok it was there winter but still 22 '. In evening so apt a bit warm.
Beds and swimming pools lovely and clean but not enough beds and too close together and off course normal , people putting towels out and not being there. A lot of steps and a 20 min walk to the seafront.
My main complaint which silver point could do something about ,

The courtesy bus is not very good as only 18 places available , first come in the queue , English were good at being honest about who was in the queue first but a lot of people were pushing in and the girls organising this were having a lot of verbose abuse etc. One bus an hr is not good enough it used to be every 30 mins . They take 18 from here 30 from the heights & 8 from the other resort , not a good enough service people were disappointed after being told they could not get on .a system needs to be put in place so holiday makers are not disappointed Maybe more buses and or ticket system.

No one tells you there are limited spaces , they just give a timetable.

Room tip: Get to the bus 15 mins early

As part of a previous deal with Silverpoint stayed in A301 one of only two suites at BHC. Spacious well appointed duplex with roof terrace, hot tub, sauna and fab views. Downside, bit noisey being over reception and close to La Piazza. In terms of the week, just what we needed, relaxation. Sorry to hear that the resort has lost its RCI gold crown status but not surprised when you look around the report. Now being used by increasing number of tour operators, especially Scandinavian.
