Either sitting outside on the terrace area or inside in the restaurant you feel more like you are in the middle of an old Spanish village restaurant than in the tourist area of Playa de las Americas, with Jamon Serano hung from the ceiling and the wine celler it has the feel of an old traditional restaurant. You can either pick from the daily tapas selection or eat from the menu and a visit to try both is a must! The waiter will carve the Jamon Serano with such reverance it is a delight to see and for rabbit lovers the Rabbit Monteria or in garlic is heaven on the taste buds. Finish with the Creme Catalan and the delicious aroma after burning the sugar is an advert in itself making all the diners look forward to their dessert time. Excellent prices, although you can splash out on a special wine from the bodega, the house wine is good and reasonable so an excellent 3 course meal with coffee can cost under 50€ for two! Most certainly worth a visit for authentic Spanish eating!
