“Nice Gardens to relax in but wont take much time to walk around”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

We visited the Gardens in October 2011 and while we attempted to visit again in September 2013, it was not open due to a local holiday (normally, they are open Monday to Friday).

It will only take between 15-30 minutes to walk around the gardens but there are a good range of plants and flowers native the Canary Islands, of which you can take a good number of photos. While this area of Maspalomas is fairly quite in general, you will find a bit of extra peace in tranquillity if you decide to sit in here for a while.

The gardens are approximately 10 minutes walk from Cordial Sandy and Green golf bungalows, where we were staying, and is located right next to the Vista Flor Complex.

Worth a visit if you are in the area but I wouldn't go out of your way if you were not already in Maspalomas.

“Good as far as gardens go!”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

Not really my thing!
Looked well maintained and killed half an hour.
We visited on a particularly hot day, wandered round then walked up the stairs towards Playa del Ingles only to find the gates at the top locked! Had to walk all the way back, LOL!

“Botanical!”

Very interesting, but be prepared for some steep paths! We entered at the lower entrance, which makes for a simper return to the parked car!

open times vary, but a walk around this garden is worth it to see a large range of plant and flowers on the islands
