we enjoyed palmitos park - it was easy to get to by bus, but I would say not an all day event. the parrot show was really good, the animals are well cared for and the place is clean and tidy.
I would advise seeing the dolphin show, however be advised, when queueing to wait, many patrons are not respectful of this and when the gates open it is a 'free for all' with people barging and pushing people out the wa, with no staff monitoring, so not brilliant. the seats are not in shade, however the show was incredible to watch, very enjoyable.
the food places seemed busy, we did not eat but they looked good food for what there was.
worth a visit if you have a spare half day or so.

We wasn't disappointed its defernanty value for money! So manny different things to see and plenty of bird shows( I'm usually board with things like this)but was amazed at the shows that they put on, from your massive eagles that the actually fly out lose in front of u to the hilarious parrots , but the most amazing bit for me was the dolphin show .you can even have your pic took with them. It's such a mix of things to see.we booked through our rep and it cost 40 euro for adults and 30 for kids, under 2s go fee. It may sound a lot but it well worth the day out and all the shows are included in the price! I'm sure the dolphin one alone would be worth that alone. Again every where was clean and plenty of shady spots to cool off when your walking around. I would defernanty go again .if a value full day out is what you after then you won't be short on amazing things to see.

Palmitos park was an excellent day out. There is a variety of animals to see, including the dolphins, which were the highlight of the day. The park has excellent views of the mountains, where the birds of prey fly freely during shows. A breath taking view and enjoyable day.

We really enjoyed the Park however it was very hilly (as was expected) so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues

The Birds of prey and Dolphin shows are not to be missed. Although probably dodge the parrot show, they are repetitive and it was all in spanish. Fantastic day out for all. Very hot the day we went and lots of hills, so take a buggy for younger ones.
