This is a great day out that gives you that feel good factor.
The good footpath winds it's way up and downhill that is very steep at times. I really felt sorry for those carrying tired children or pushing buggies. If bringing elderly or infirm, check if motorised buggies can be hired.
It is expensive - but value for money. The animal shows were super, staff friendy and the site well-groomed and spotless.

We loved the setting of this park, felt like being in the jungle at times... Well set out with plenty of cafes and seating areas... Exotic birds galore. We had a wonderful day..

This is not a big park, but shows were so nice, so entertaining. You are literally envolved in all actions with such smart animals... I would say, you feel almost like you are in your own dream.

The zoo is situated on the side of a mountain so if you are disabled, have a pushchair or just unfit like us then this will be hard going. the zoo starts at the bottom of the moutain and works it way up to the highest level which is where the birds of prey show is. this is amazing and the view is breathtaking, but it is an incredible steep walk. then you continue down to the dolphins which is must see. If you want a photo with a dolphin you will be charged 60 euro and you literally touch the dolphin , click, then move on. if you want to swim with the dolphins then it was 150euros. there were plenty of animals to see close up . ( beware, i was able to touch a cappuchin moneys hand with ease so little children would be able to stick their fingers in the enclosure) It is a full days visit but i would recommend you take your ownfood and drink. we paid 12 euros for 2 sodas.
