Me and my boyfriend stayed in turbo club for 10 days and we were really nice surprised. After reading all reviews we didn't expect too much, but but we were very pleased to be there. The rooms are specious and well equipment, but we had all inclusive, so no need to use anything from kitchen, except fridge :) They cleaned 3 times in week. Food was excellent, very tasty every day and enaugh choices. Supermarket is in just right in resort. Masoalomas beach is too far, but hotel bus comes 3 times in day to the beach and 3 times back ( 9:30, 10:30, 12:30 - to the beach , and from the beach 14:00, 15:30, 16:30 ), we usually took first bus back to hotel and catch lunch, which was till 14:30. But depence how many people comes, because this bus collect people from another hotels too. The swimming pools was great, if u like quite, go to smaller pool in back. But sunbeds was available everytime. A little bit dissapointed about intertaiment, but in april wasn't so many people there, probably in summer months they do more intertaiment in evenings. There was one intertaiment women name Sabrina and she was shamazing :D. But if u like disco and night life, take a taxi ( 3-4eur) and go to yumbo shoping center, there is a lot's of pubs, restaurants, shops. Overall very good hotel and cheap :)

Room Tip: We were in room 232, good view, but lot's of rooms have a pool view, but a little bit disturb in...

Dont be put off by the reviews this hotel is Cheap and cheerful, rooms all have a pool view and were very clean, both pools were lovely the one around the back is the quieter one, food was ok breakfast was particularly nice, lots of fresh bread an meats , Its quite far from the beach but there is a free bus, we walked a couple of times it takes about 40 minutes. The local beer is nice, as are the slush puppies. When we went there was lots of children but it was school holidays when all the children went back to school it was very quiet and relaxing..A nice market on a Saturday 2 minutes walk away - go out the front of the hotel across the waste ground and turn right....we hired a car and went to up to the mountains and to peurto morgan which is beautifull though the beach is very crowded..
On the whole a lovely holiday would i go again....Yes most definatly

Room Tip: All room have a good pool view we also had a mountain view

"You get what you pay for". Firstly let me say according to the sign outside these apartments their official rating is 2 stars not 3.
The Turbo club is situated some considerable distance from the beach or.any of the night life spots in the area. A courtesy bus runs three times in the day to the beach and back.
The apartments although simply furnished are kept clean and well maintained as are the gardens and pools.
The staff are good hard working and friendly.
The all inclusive food is best described as adequate because we did not go hungry any day but it lacks variety and is very repetitious.
If you are going for a relaxing break be careful because we found there were a large number of preschool children on holiday with their parents some of which do not posses the necessary parenting skills to be caring for children.
The entertainment provided in the evening does stop promptly at 2300 hrs.
Would we go again, No.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a slightly quieter holiday ask for a room which isn't overlooking the mai...

We have just returned from a rather ' Cretche' like holiday in the turbo club apts , if you are over the age of 10 stay well away as this place is nothing more than a nursery with a bar !!!! . The entertainment is like toothache and the entertainer as she calls herself is nothing less than neuralagic !!!! The food is so bland and tasteless the chefs must struggle to find ways to keep up the consistency of poorly thought out and make do food . I can eat anything and lots of it but Iturned down more food here in a week than in my 55 years on this planet !!!! . No Wifi unless you pay for it at 6 euro a day , free in most other establishments these days , the TVs are portable ones we have all put in local skip somewhere recentley because we all have flatscreens these days but not here and the meters you have to put your money in for the ' privelidge of watching Spanish tv is bigger that the TV screen you have to watch !!!! . Don't waste your money going here at all folks its pretty awful .

Room Tip: No tips here , no air con and a noisy road nearby too .

Just returned from the Turbo Club and we had a fab time. Travelled with 3 friends and we had 2 apartments side by side by the quiet pool.
The rooms are spacious and clean, all with pool views. The food was always freshly cooked and presented well and always labelled so you knew what you were eating. No one in your party will starve.
The beer flowed readily and the wine was very drinkable - Cocktails were out of a machine and were a bit sweet but definately drinkable.
The best thing about Turbo Club is the very friendly atmosphere - Its quite small so you get to know people very easily and the animation team were always trying to get people involved (although they left you alone if you didn't want to play)
The complex itself is a little bit out of the way but its a few minute walk to Holiday World (which we didn't rate but we hadn't got kids with us) and the most we paid was 4 euros in a taxi anywhere (for all 4 of us ) so everywhere is accessable. We went to the Yumba Center which has great cocktails and brilliant people watching opportunities and we went to Sparkles which is very entertaining.
All in all a fantastic value for money holiday and I would recommend it and I would go back

Room Tip: Quiet pool was nice but I don;t think you'd struggle wherever you were

We were grateful to have been appointed a garden terrace pool room on the ground floor. A real bonus for families with young children. We never had difficulty getting a sun bed.
There are two pools the smaller pool is quieter with a small children’s pool for toddlers
Please be aware the main pool is deep particularly for those with children, who are non swimmers,
The apartments are well equipped with fridge, hob and utensils a real bonus.
The room was very clean. Maid service twice weekly with bedding being changed once a week. This suited us but we might have felt differently in the height of the season when it gets very hot.
Beds were hard and pillows the worst we have ever slept on. If the baggage allowance allows bring your own.
There is no air con in the rooms this could be a real problem when it gets really hot.
We were a little apprehensive of the rat traps outside our room tucked away in the garden. They were obviously doing their job as I am pleased to announce we didn’t see any during our stay. We did however see cockroaches but not in our room or the dinning room.
The entertainment team worked hard but generally the entertainment was very poor. Unfortunately this hotel is not near anything, you will need to take a taxi at night if you want to wonder out. The hotel provides a courtesy bus three times a day to Maspalomas beach during the day.
Our biggest concern was the children’s club and activities. Children are allowed to wonder back to find their families by themselves when they had enough of the activity. Some children reduced to tears looking for parents, anxious parents looking for their children staff not knowing where children are. As a result we choose not to send our son to club as we couldn’t ensure his safety and whereabouts. A disaster waiting to happen in my opinion. Our concerns were raised.

The food was average; we always found something to eat daily although you might struggle as a vegetarian, a good selection of salad daily unfortunately some contained meat and fish, meat eaters are well catered for. Please ask if you can’t find a vegetarian dish the kitchen were more than happy to prepare something.

The drinks are served from the pool bar, inside bar and self serve in the restaurant. The coke is awful and diet drinks not available. However the on site supermarket stocks familiar brands. Measures are generous with local spirits.

This is the smallest complex we have ever stayed on, with a really friendly atmosphere we met some lovely people during our stay.
Overall we had a very relaxing holiday. This holiday was excellent value for money and if you read the reviews carefully and know what to expect you can not go far wrong.

Room Tip: A garden terrace room with a pool view a must for families with young children
