Description: ENGLISHWe have selected the tastiest recipes from the Italian gastronomic tradition. Our dishes are prepared using only the finest local ingredients and PDO products imported from several Italian regions. We have set up a second kitchen which is dedicated to the preparation of fresh pasta in its different forms, as well as of potato gnocchi and the cakes that are typical of our tradition.Meats and fish are cooked using slow cooking techniques at low temperatures and under vacuum in order to preserve and enhance the aromas and the consistency of the ingredients used. We have selected ten classic pizzas that we prepare using home-made dough and that we garnish with genuine, high-quality ingredients. The wine cellar, finally, offers a full selection of wines from all parts of Italy. Our mission is to provide you with an excellence made in Italy without sacrificing an ounce of creativity, in order to share with you the intense pleasures of authentic Italian cuisine.

Pastagramma is really worth visiting. We ate there two time while staying in Maspalomas. The view they have over the ocean during a sunset is spectacular. The restaurant doesn’t have that many tables but the decoration and attention to details is very good.
Now the food. The food was outstanding, all very fresh and tasty. One of the better Italian restaurants on the entire Island. The decoration of every dish is excellent. We even got a nice extra like a little starter and a free drink after dinner. The menu isn’t extremely divers but the good Italian classics are there and prepared very well. The cost was also very moderate for the high quality they serve.
I would certainly advice to go here and we will return here ourselves on later trips.

Tried this place for the first time after having been a regular to one particular other nearby italian restaurant over a number of years. Well we were not disappointed, lovely view of a nearby marina and extremely attentive staff whose service was absolutely excellent and very much appreciated. Now to the food which we food to be of a very high quality as was the presentation. Would highly recommend both the food and if you are looking for attentive service then this is the place to go.

The best risotto pescatore I have ever tried. Attentive and efficient service, nice atmosphere and above all really very good food. So sad to see all the cattle-market seafront establishments so successful serving predictable and poor quality grot for the tourists when a short climb up the stairs can take you here for a really good quality meal at the same price. Highly recommended.

Dear FussyBvggerBrit from Amersham (unforgettable location of ‘The shooting party’!):
The ‘risotto’ is an art: t need a long, attentive and passionate preparation and a bit of 'secrets' that we apply every time, with care and love.
Very happy that you appreciated our work!
Thank you so much indeed!
Have a wonderful autumn and see you soon.

Pastagramma came recommended by the concierge at my hotel so I went to try it. Unfortunately the restaurant was really quiet and in a very down-market shopping centre area surrounded by tatty restaurants which was a shame, but once you enter the restaurant things pick up considerably as the décor is fresh and modern with comfortable chairs and good sized tables.

I started with Caprese which was really good. The presentation was nice and the mozarella was very high quality, For my main, I had the carbonara which used fresh pasta made in the kitchen. Portions were generous and represented good value.

I would happily recommend Pastagramma for groups of people, but I think it's a bit quiet if you're on your own.

Dear BenSpector, thank you for recommending our restaurant to TA’s travellers and for the positive review! You’re right when you say that the center it’s a ‘bit quiet’.
The ‘shopping’ center itself is in a wonderful location, just on ‘playa Meloneras’ beach. The problem is that there no shops! Also the construction is well done, completely outdoor, very clean and with a perfect ocean view… But it’s deserted…
Anyway: thank you again and many greetings.
Have a very good vacation!
Carlo, Lia and the staff.

I read good reviews about Pastagramma on tripadvisor and wanted to find the perfect restaurant to celebrate my girlfriends birthday.

I emailed ahead and requested a table with a view and the owner was extremely accommodating. She replied within an hour and called to confirm, communication was easy and much appreciated as I have had poor experience in table reservations at other restaurants. They even offered to arrange a birthday cake for Rhian which was lovely.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner and her staff who could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much to ask, the waiter took perfect care of us. He made polite conversation after the meal and also made my son feel very welcome by offering him special deserts and giving him lollys. All sounds simple, but these were genuinely nice people - they were not over the top in anyway, just genuine, helpful and hard working.

Food - wow. Italian cuisine to die for, I've eaten in fancy restaurants in London, Manchester and New York - this was the best Italian food we've ever had. My son, being 7, only wanted pizza. His food was fantastic and he cleared his plate. I had a steak while Rhian had a pasta dish. It is not your typical menu - but if you are unsure, we could ask questions without feeling embarrassed. The waiter was very knowledgable and even offered to make slight changes to the dish as everything is cooked fresh.

Best restaurant in meloneras by far. If you walk past this place and its quiet, don't let that put you off. It is located next to the beach, but set back higher up. This means not as many people walk passed, so I think that's why it was a little quiet. This only meant the service was fantastic - we felt like we had our own personal waiter whilst enjoying lovely music, amazing views, and food to die for.

Thank you again, we'll come back. :-)
