We stayed last September, we booked a very large 2 bedroom suite for over €2500 for 7 days, being end of September there was no entertainment, the shop was closed, breakfast was OK/acceptable, nothing outstanding though.
The gym was empty and you had to pay to use it, I thought this was disgusting since we paid over €2500 for a hotel room with no facilities but a pool.
The pool was in need of refurbishment, damaged tiles.
The bedroom was so dated, the TV's in the bedroom, made in the 1980's - I had those in my bedroom in my teens and I am now in my 50's!!
The bedding was ripped.
There was no coffee facility, the fridge was quite old too.
The bathroom was of a low standard.
The reception area looks very nice and up to a good standard but after that - standards plummet.
Drinks at the bar are very expensive -the bar was always empty and the hotel was full due to a pigeon race close by.
All in all a huge amount of money needs to be spent to bring this hotel up to any standard and I felt we definitely did not get value for money.
We will not be back.More
