We have now eaten at Ty Breizh a couple of times at lunch time and have yet to find it wanting.
The restaurant is unpretentious and Breton themed (with a leaning towards jazz music and photographs of jazz musicians), Madame is consistently pleasant and chatty.
The essential fare is a wide range of well prepared crepes and omlettes, albeit there is usually some form of plat de jour available as well (which may also be a crepe!). House wines and coffee are excellent and most of the clientele local (another good sign).
The menu has some amusing English 'translations' (I suspect Google Translate is the culprit).
