“slightly shabby”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

ok so day out to Arena cirkusland with 2 five year olds and a baby. cost 199dkk each baby free total cost 597dkk slightly expensive to start with although every thing is free when you get in and you can bring your own food. they do good circus shows and sealion, horse riding etc but it is abit down trodden and has a used feel about it. the kides did love it and had a good time but i think adults should be cheaper. i was not much impressed but it is for the kids so my score of 2 reflects my thoughts not the childrens.

“The children loved it - good family day”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

We went with the children, age 7 and 10, and they loved it and want to go back!

It is 150 kr. pr. person, though free for children under 90 cm in height. This gives you access to all the shows all day and all the different rides. They are open week 7 and 8, summer holiday and week 42 from 10-16. So you can have a good long family day for very little money.

It is a big place and very down to earth, nothing fancy and not with pretty custumes, like when usually go to the circus.

It is like just coming by and seeing them practice with the animals though they do do shows and every half hour and all in doors. Everything from elephants, to little ponies, to zebras and sea lions. And you can sit on the first row and almost touching the animals. There is also Pjerrot with magic, a jungler etc. So shows with animals and people. 3 different arena - in seperate buildings.
You can touch the animals when you walk around on "the farm". We touched zebras, beautiful big horses, ponies and sea lion. We even had out picture taken with Victor - the big male sea lion who even gave me a big wet kiss - so watch out. He loves kissing :-)

There is also a play house, where there is a big caurosel, a little train, a big pool where you can be in a fun ball on the water, bouncy castle and slide and a few places where you can eat or by sweets. Although you can bring your own lunch and there are tables to sit and eat.

It is a cheap way to have a family day where the children get close to the animals.
Wear practical clothes since you are in stables on pony rides and sitting on old benches etc.
