Kraes café was a pleasant suprise and welcome change from the touristy restaurantss all over the area serving bad pizza and pasta. This restaurant focuses on fresh food, from locally grown produce.
The lunch menu consisted mostly of fish and some meat . The dishes were a tad more expensive compared to other restaurants but thefood was well worth the extra kroners.
The kids menu was small but it had all the favourites. My kids had the chicken drumrolls and french fries - made from real potatoes.
The service was quick and frendly.
The only downside is that it's not easy accesible, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant.
And I beg to differ from the previous reviewers, dogs do not belong in restaurants...
