This was our second visit to Sel Gris and we could not remember why we waited so long to go back. We now recall why it is not a favourite. To put my review in perspective, the place was almost full on a Tuesday lunch time so lots of people obviously love it. We had the 4 course lunch menu which is good value. However the service was slow : 3 hours. Visually the food is well presented but is lacking in contrast in taste and texture. The main assets are the chef and kitchen staff who are cheerful and enthusiastic. The front of the house staff are more formal and lack a friendly touch. The web site is in Flemish only which I always think is a shame.
