The Buratti family gave our party a fantastic welcome, with maps, information and home-made fare. The two apartments we took were a perfect base for walking and botanising in the northeastern part of the Sibillini Mountains and nearby Montemonaco has shops with local produce and a cash point. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace and the larger apartment was well equipped for cooking; lots of fresh ceps in our case! The place is extremely clean and we slept wonderfully on very comfortable beds. It is also good value.

Room Tip: Avoid the studio if cooking's your thing.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments in a converted stone building tucked away in the foothills of the Sibilini mountains. We were looking for a facility with comfortable beds and a full kitchen and we found it. The parents of the owner live across the road and speak almost no English but their daughter, Nadia, is fluent and were great to work with.

There is a gem of a restautant 1km up the road called Il Taglio where we has a 9 course tasting menu for 30(!) euros.

This is a beautiful, self catering accommodation in the heart of the Sibillini mountains. Seven of us including grandparents aged 80 and 90, made use of the very versatile and spacious rooms. Everything you would need for self catering was provided. The scenery was stunning, weather was fab - it cools off in the evenings which is wonderful for sleeping but in the day time it was beautifully warm and we were able to sit out on the terrace. Accommodation is very adaptable and could be used for couples, families, large groups. We were made very welcome by the family. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this Agriturismo more highly.
In a beautiful tranquil spot, there is hardly any traffic on the road there, with the flanks of Monte Sibillia in the back garden (ca 950m). We stayed for 4 days in all since it offered fantastic access for walking in the mountains. Apparently you can see the Adriatic from the house but we were blessed with mixed weather! Lovely family who treated us to delicious home-grown tomatoes and freshly pressed passata – deliziosa!
This is a fantastic stopover on the Grande Anello route since it is literally minutes off the walking track.
