The hotel is good only for a day picnic. Do not plan a night stay of more than one night because after that the management doesnt want you to be there. The food has very limited option and high priced and service is terrible.Unprofessional room boys.

The tent rooms very close to each other so that you can hear the other couple in their room quarelling or making love. There is not much to do except kayaking in the Koyna backwaters which is again a 10min walk. The entertainment points of Tapola are too far from the resort.Hot in April as the room has only coolers and it cannot be rated as pleasant stay.

    Worst Part
After spending so much poor service is least expected. On the first day the management was hospitable and servings in the lunch and dinner were adequate. But sadly and surprisingly from the second day the service was a torture. They stacked the dry vegetable, chicken and roti in one plate and gave us to eat. There was no provision for second serving and when we needed more we had to run to kitchen with our soiled hand to look for the waiter in the kitchen.Even after that they gave spoonful of second serving and we had to insist to put up serving bowls since the food is charged seperately. The breakfast was included in room cost ,but it also had small servings and chargeable second and subsequent servings.
For smallest requirements we had to look for the waiters all over the property.

The Owner charged higher for weekend stating that the rooms are over booked on weekends but it turned out that nobody came to the resort and it remained deserted throughout except one couple coming in for one night.
Saturday nights- the resort turn into a haven of drunkards who danced and drank in the courtyard spoiling the silence [apparently only good thing of the resort] and spoiling our sleep.

We felt fleeced and defrauded after the entire stay and will not recommend the hotel for families and couples at all. It is not at all worth the money.

Room Tip: Rooms on the upper deck is better.
