No trip to Cape Town is complete without visiting a wine estate, and we did just that. What started out as a wine and cheese tasting trip, turned into a full on lunch accompanied by a bottle of wine - which was actually our breakfast - followed by the wine and cheese tasting - yes it really is that good - and purchasing wine and jams trying to figure out the suitcase packing logistics for the return journey .... Everything is so nice it's very easy to get carried away. Definitely try the cheeses with a bottle of wine for lunch. Will set you up nicely for the wine tasting straight after.

If you only have a short time for wine & cheese tasting this is a must , a very professional outfit with the farm shop full of cheese , particular goat , along with other goodies jams , pickles , spices , bread all so mouth watering you want to buy them all .

The wine tasting is conduct in adjacent hall , again so many wonderful wines to sample & purchase , at very reasonable prices .

Great selection of wine and cheese and fantastic experience thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable wine masters. We got a lady named Carmen and she was SO good and nice to us. We ended up ordering cases of the wine since we just had to take back the delicious viogniers and sweet reds. The cheese selection is wonderful and they really know how to pair them up. Must visit when in the area.

Have a love for cheese, you will enjoy Fairview! Lovely cheese flavors, light wines and great breads available from the restaurant. And dont miss out on feeding the goats, they love fresh green leaves...

Went there for a business branch lunch. Restaurant had great food. Everyone enjoyed the wine options and even popped in for the cheese tasting afterwards. Not many wine tasting options tho.
