Nice....
Stumbled across this hotel after arriving at the weekend with no accommodation pre-booked. We tried a few places and they were fully booked, but we were informed about this hotel.

Slightly difficult to find at first. Lovely new modern rooms, vast outside shared terrace. Very clean. Has wifi (signal not great in the room but at reception it is good). It is walking distance to the pier (but I have always hired a motorbike). If you do hire one, just be sensible. You will see the idiots been carted away in the island ambulance.

I've stayed on koh larn around 6 times and this is my best find so far. It is a little more expensive that the others but only by a few pounds and is well worth it.

Meidet dieses Hotel
Wir waren in diesem 3 Sterne Hotel. Nicht mal einer wäre angepasst. Zimmer wurden nie geputzt, WC Papier wurde trotz Anfrage nie gebracht. Wäscheservice katastrophe. Teure Kleider falsch gewaschen nun unbrauchbar. Das einzige was sie sagten war sorry und bitte Chef ist nicht erreichbar!!

Agréablement surpris
Nous avons pris la chambre la plus basique, sans vue sur mer. Quelle surprise de voir que l'on a une vue sur mer depuis la fenêtre et le balcon (OK, pas une vue à couper le souffle, mais une vue quand même).

Surpris aussi de voir qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel familial, avec tous les bons et les moins bons côtés. Si le petit dej peut être en retard de 10 minutes, ou avoir quelqu'un a la réception peut prendre une trentaine de secondes lorsque l'on s'y rend à minuit, on s'aperçoit aussi qu'ils sont aux petits soins et font absolument tout pour améliorer notre séjour. L'exception est leur règle.

Une énorme terrasse avec là, pour le coup, une vue à couper le souffle est accessible en permanence.

Le petit dej et le room service sont acceptables et compris (pour le petit dej) ou vraiment pas cher (pour le room service).

Le frigo est bien garni, avec un choix assez important de boissons (alcoolisées ou non) et une large variété de snacks, là aussi à des prix très loin d'être délirant (le double par rapport au seven eleven en moyenne).

Bien..mais suivant la tarif
L'hôtel est globalement bien. J'ai occupé une chambre vue mer. Objectivement je trouve le plein tarif plutot élevé par rapport a la présentation. Chambre confortable mais petite. Ménage pas très approfondis mais acceptable. Bonne literie. Climatisation a peut longue a venir a température. Petit-déjeuner déjeuner très limite. Dans mon cas j'ai bénéficié d'une forte promotion, dans ce cas c'est une bonne adresse. A noter l'établissement est proche du port donc facile d'accès a pied mais très compliqué en scooter.

Geen restaurant de kok was ontslagen - uitstap geboekt hebben 1,5 uur gewacht kwam niet - Engelse uitbater probeert alleen maar zo veel mogelijk te verdienen om niets te geven - douche ofwel ijskoud of heel heet - airco was heel oud ( veel lawaai ) lekte en zette constant het terras onder water
