1 review Great place to stay, spacious rooms, well equipped. The pool area is lovely and was really quiet, even though mid August. Pool is very cold! Location is great, restaurants in the old village were good, marina is fab, we used taxis and the tourist train, bit too far to walk with a 3 & 6 year old. Would have given 5 stars but the showers in the apartment need some work, jump from cold to scalding which wasn't great with 3 kids, although it did make getting ready for evenings out much quicker! Thanks, would love to return in the future.

The villa is amazing, very spacious , modern , spotless and has everything you need.
The private roof terrace is brilliant , there is also a separate private balcony that over looks the pool.
Perfect location. only a ten minute walk to the marina.
I would definitely recommend. Mark the owner is lovely.
We can't wait to return.

We stayed with a 4 year old and a 5 week old baby. From start to finish Mark was extremely helpful and our stay went without a hitch. The apartment is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, but still private. Great to have 2 bathrooms for a family. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and gardens and a super roof terrace, which is extremely private. The location is perfect. Easy walk along the road to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Would recommend Princess Garden! Also easy for transfers to the marina but you can actually walk there in 25 minutes. Coming back is slightly uphill, would recommend a taxi especially with kids. Use the train service as well as its fun! Loads for families to do eg Zoomarine, Aquapark and family golf. This place has everything with beautiful beaches. Our gardens and pool were never crowded and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Mark has everything you need in the apartment, so very comfortable.

The apartment that we were in slept 6 very comfortably, the spiral staircase was a bit scary at first but mastered it towards the end of our stay. Situated in the Old Town where there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and supermarket which stocked everything you would need. The marina was about a 15 min walk or taxi 5 euros, also a little train that left every hour which was a good way to see the town. Lovely place.

What a beautiful place, the villa is spacious and fully loaded with pretty much everything you need. Access to the pool is easy and there is a balcony and a roof terrace. There were 6 of us plus an extra 1 for a couple of nights and plenty of space for all.
Would have been nice to have a BBQ but there was only a small metal bucket with no grill.
The villa was clean and well kept with towel/linen change and floor clean once a week.
Quiet location is by the old village where there is a supermarket and many bars/restaurants - food available is mainly english but all the bars are friendly and welcoming and of good standards.
The Marina / Vilamoura / beach is 15-20 mins stroll away or 4-5 Euro in a cab - excellent value.
Would definitely go again.
