I only had an espresso here, but stayed for a while writing and enjoying the view of the boats in the harbor on a rainy afternoon. The waitress left me to work and enjoy myself, and never made me feel rushed at all. I enjoyed the navy blue and white washed decor while I snuggled into the sheepskin and pillows on the bench on front of the fireplace (which hadn't been turned on, maybe because it's "spring?") but still made my corner cozy.
The coffee was excellent and I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and was served with a little sweet. It cost 1.75Euro and I left the remainder in a little model of a boat on the counter that is used to collect funds to maintain the town's rescue boat, a good cause.
The bathroom area was decorated so pleasantly and was clean and tidy. Very Dutch! Worth the little walk.
