Great food, super friendly staff, and nice ambiente! The chef makes an effort to come to every table to ask how the food was. Cosy atmosphere in a family-tun business.

Thank Martin L

The waitress said she checks tripadvisor every day - and so she should because this is a great restaurant with a terrace over the canal with lovely food, well priced and a chef who comes out to check his guests are happy. My daughter and I certainly were and we will come back

I really liked this place
The staff and especially the Chef were great and very enthusiastic

We came on a Thursday night and the place was busy but not packed
Had the Chefs Special menu (which I got the impression changed on a monthly basis)

Started with a great gezpacho of courgette with mustard which was great
Followed by Tempura of merluza with chilli and salad - again a great dish
Followed by grilled cod fillet au gratin - which was good but imo you shouldn't have two white fish dishes straight after each other
Then lamb fillet with a honey sauce - this is a good dish but I think it needed less honey as it made it too sweet
Finally a fantastic meringue trilogy desert

I really liked the restaurant and there were dishes for everyone on the menu. We were seated inside where you can watch the whole of the kitchen which I liked - however most people were sitting outside in the covered area by the water front

As a point to the restaurant - not sure why you don't put the English menu up on your website?

Food was delicious and the chef does his best to create a wonderful menu. I would definitely give this restaurant a try. Meijers is another upscale restaurant in the neighborhood. You can't go wrong at either place.

This is a great place to eat. Lovely helpful staff, varied menu, staff very attentive to hubby's chilli allergy. Food was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. House red was good but the white was a little bit thin. Three of us had 3 courses, less than £100 with one bottle of wine and carafe.
