This hotel is well located if you need to be close to the centre of Zoetermeer (less than 10 minutes walking distance). The accommodation is fairly modern (though the bathrooms in particular show some wear and tear - e.g. peeling wallpaper) and the bed is particularly comfortable. The cleaning was not up to standard though, with dead insects lying on the floor around the doors and behind the chairs. However, the main problem for us was the extremely loud noise of frogs that could be heard from our room (facing parkland / a small waterway), which appeared to reach a crescendo around midnight and the early hours of the morning. It was intolerable without earplugs (and still audible with them). We moved room to the other side of the hotel (facing the car park) after two days, and although we understand that the hotel cannot really control this problem, felt that we should have been warned in advance before we accepted the room / compensated in some way for the inconvenience this caused. Despite this, would remark that the hotel employees were friendly, and the restaurant attached to it was fairly good. Overall, this is a fine hotel for those needing to visit Zoetermeer, but be careful about your choice of room!

Room Tip: Don't go for the rooms facing the water way / parkland....very noisy frogs!

Really good and helpful staff who go the extra mile. The hotel is a typical middle range Dutch hotel, with all the things you would expect. Beds are comfortable, but the cleaning staff are regiental, and if you are not out of your room early enough, it isn't cleaned. The rooms on the far side are plagued by the noise of mating frogs and toads (protected species). While charming at first, when this reaches crescendo proportion as the night progresses, sleep is near impossible. The hotel do supply earplugs. On the other side, normally quiet, but when any function is on at the hotel, the sound deadening is inadequate. The events tend to go on past midnight. A bit of a mixed bag, but good location.

Room Tip: Keep back from the toads!

Stayed there during a business trip in Zoetermeer.
I got the apartment room, which is the biggest. Dining table and kitchen at the first floor, living room, big bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.
The hotel is very quiet because it's not big and also it's set back from the main road and far from the railway. If you compare, NH or Bastion hotel are much noisier.
The bathroom is big, with both a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub!
Special mention to the bed which is very comfortable. You can even purchase it.
The restaurant is quite good too. I had dinner there and both quantity and quality were present, at a reasonable price.
You are also within walking distance to the center of Zoetermeer as well as the tram stations.
Excellent hotel in Zoetermeer, I recommend it.

Spent a lovely weekend here for a family wedding. Our room was very spacious with the bedroom upstairs. All the bedrooms had a balcony or patio. Breakfast was good, nice and relaxed, and the beer garden is fab!
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the centre of Zoetermeer, very handy for shops and bars.
