Spent a night here for my early flight to Iceland. The check-in was smooth, the staff helpful and polite. The room small, but clean with everything needed. It's a very big hotel. the shuttle is frequent and it only takes 5-10 minutes to the airport. Price reasonable. Recommended to anyone wants to stay close to Schipol. It's so convenient that we had time prior to out 1300 flight to take a look at Central Amsterdam.

It was a Hotel given by the KLM Airline during my stop in a trip to Venezuela. Didn't expect to receive/find such good quality of service, cleanliness, all what I needed was available at hand.Not noisy, polite staff. My congratulations

Nice and clean, comfortable beds and staff were friendly. Only downside is that it is quite a long trip into the city, and the rooms are very small. Perfect for us, location could of been better though- they can't help that!

My family stayed in your hotel for 2 nights in December. We had 2 young sons (aged 5 and 7) and we left a toy dog (a souvenir we bought on our tour in Europe). Unfortunately, we left the toy dog behind and left for Singapore shores. Understandably our boys were devastated. We would like to thank the Assistant Facility Manager Daisy Geschiere for going out of her way in helping us retrieve the lost toy dog and sending it back to us - all the way in sunny Singapore! We offered to pay for the courier charges but Ms Daisy has kindly offered to send it back at the hotel's cost. Her extremely kind gesture has really made our day, and epitomises what customer service should be like at every hotel - delighting the customer and exceeding their expectations. Thank you Ibis and thank you Daisy for your kindness. Indeed, Christmas has come early for us here in Singapore, and all the way from snowy Amsterdam.

The hotel was a shuttle bus away, the schedule is posted and they do keep to it, the layout of the hotel was in wings so a bit confusing but not a problem

The staff were helpful and a nice shop in the lobby for last minute items
