The price is very reasonable for the size and location of the hotel. It's a budget hotel and thats exactly what it was. The room is quite small but it's reasonable for the price we paid considering the location as well. The Lobby looked really nice and modern but we didn't spend much time there. The location is good if you walk during the day. When we were walking back at night though the area felt a little shady because it was really quiet and you don't really see anyone around.

When you choose a hotel in the Accor family, you alwasy know what to expect, which is one of the reasons I tend to stay eother at Ibis or Novotel when I am on a business travel. The other reason is that usually the staff is very friendly , professional and helpful: the Ibis Port d'Orleans is the exception to the rule (not all of them, of course), and you do expect it in PAris... but still it is disappointing! Beside that... not even my Aclub points were added: first time it happens since I am a member!

Hotel room was very small and reminded me somewhat of a budget hotel in the US however everything was clean although a little old. The location was very good as it was less than a 10 min walk from the metro and that was carrying our 2 year old. Also the the hotel was along the ring road which made getting in and out of Paris slightly easier. Even then we still encountered quite a bit of traffic so I couldn't have imagined staying in the heart of Paris. Using the metro we could be in the heart of Paris in no more than 15 min. The hotel breakfast was also pretty good although it was all starches (croissants, pastry, potatoes, cereal) but worth the price to us. There is also onsite parking is underground and behind two gates and it is 17 euro per day. For a triple room, 2 nights, w/ breakfast for 2 adults and 2 nights parking we paid $200 which was great because we spent A LOT of money eating our other meals. We would stay here again at the same price.

With an Ibis you know what you will get and this hotel is no different. The rooms are small and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but shower was good. Breakfast is extra and is not great but is good to have the option. The location is good for metro access and walking distance to the office for my trip. The hotel us quite noisy so go for a higher floor and away from the lifts.

Room Tip: Stay away from the lifts.

I slept one night during a business trip in Paris. The hotel is a bit far from the centre but with the close new metro station "mairie de montrouge" you can reach easily Paris centre.
The lobby is welcoming, maybe a bit too long the check-in but personnel is kind and helpful.
My room was clean with a very comfortable bed.
With an additional 9 euro you can get a decent all-u-can eat breakfast buffet.

I had a terrible stay in Paris! It started by arriving early and not being able to get into a room before 12:00. Which is ok but no one offered that I could perhaps leave my luggage at the hotel so that I would not have to drag everything around Paris! Then the hotel bathrooms were not clean. Hair from previous visitors and silverfish crawling around in the shower.
That was not bad enough, so I got a wake call at 6:30 am which I did not ask for as I did not have to get up at all that morning!!! Then the man at the desk kept saying that it was a technical error, but then as he checked found that someone had indeed set a wake up call for my room. They were nice enough to then offer me free breakfast, but didi not say that I would be standing in a line for 20 minutes to get into the breakfast room behind a bus tourist group of perhaps 50 or more who also wanted breakfast . I did complain and was escorted to another breakfast room for regular guests. All in all it was frustrating!

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights. Sure the rooms are small but who stays in their bedrooms when Paris awaits? If you want larger rooms then don't stay here.
The breakfast was good - there were several large school groups staying there but queues didn't last longer than 10/15 minutes at their busiest. There was a good selection of food. Staff were very helpful.
Great to have Free Wifi in the rooms.
Only downside was the noisy school group that stayed there for 2 of the nights I was there - there was a lot of girls yelling and running up and down corridors and knocking on doors until late. One stern look seemed to do the trick - for a while.....
