“Way to go”

Great way to see the area from the sea and travel to Portafino and Santa Margharoto? Get aboard early to secure a good viewing position on the upper deck. Confirm connecting ferry to above destinations or have 1.5 hour wait

“love camogli!”
Reviewed August 13, 2012

Camogli is a beautiful town on the seaside. It is located in the Eden Bay. I seen many places in Liguria and I would recommend this location if you like very small and peaceful towns. To be honest there's not much to do in there except for an excursion in San Fruttuoso, a monastery. You can get there by boat or walking. There's a suggestive walk on the main terrace, infact Camogli looks directy to the sea. There are lots of Focacceria where you can get the focaccia a sort of salted bread (tasty!! and cheap), a big book shop, souvenirs, fashion and jewelery shops and a lot of restaurants! The town has a lovely church and the sound of the clock is lovely: it rings every 15 minutes. I would recommend to visit this golden church cause it is one of the prettiest I found in Liguria. The beaches are not so big and the sea is always calm, not so good for the windsurf but lovely for the children. On the beach you can rent a sdraio if you want to be comfortable, in fact on the beach there are little pebbles. surely, if you are around it worths a visit. Be careful because the car park is really expencive: 1,50 every hour and 18 euros for a day. Ps. who needs a toilet can find it next to the main boat park. There's a woman who cleans them.

“My opion”

Worth it but busy in weekend. Pack car at the first parking place (supermarket) and walk down, only 10 minutes walk.
