What a fantastic day! We were picked up from our hotel in Siena at 9:30 in the morning and had a very full day. Beautiful scenery, fantastic wine and delicious cheese. Not only was Michele full of information, he was so much fun. I will definitely use his services again and definitely recommend Michele to friends wanting to experience Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano. This was truly a highlight of our trip to Italy!

We had the most amazing day with our guide Alessandra Chiti this week. She took great care to talk with us about our interests, and had fabulous ideas and our experience was beyond wonderful. Alessandra is knowledgeable, sincere, fun, and was an utter delight to spend the day with. We have been with a number of guides during this trip, all of whom were very good, but she was GREAT! This trip was very special because it was a long planned mother/daughter trip to Europe visiting Ireland, France and Italy. Our time with Alessandra was a true highlight. We started the day with a new acquaintance and left with a new friend. Gratzi Alessandra, with all good wishes from D and L.

My family of 6 recently took a trip to Italy for my 50th birthday. Alessandra organized our itinerary from the minute we landed in Venice to the minute we flew out of the Rome airport and it was perfect in every way! She set up our tours of Venice, Florence, Siena and Rome and then personally took us on tours of Montepulciano and San Gimignano along with a couple of wonderful wine tastings. Michele made sure we were transferred from city to city in a comfortable, air conditioned van and was there for us every step of the way. Alessandra booked our hotel accommodations in every city and they were perfectly located and great hotels. We will definitely use WTA when we return to Italy in the future!! Grazie mille Alessandra and Michele!

There's nothing like having the owner of a touring company be your tour guide and Alessandra is simply the best. My friend and I were in Tuscany but didn't want to rent a car as we were spending large blocks of time in several cities and towns. So I contacted WTA about picking us up in San Gimignano, creating a day for us in in the Tuscan countryside.and dropping us off in Lucca. Alessandra could not have been more professional and worked closely with me in creating a fun itinerary. Her knowledge and enthusiasm of the region is unparalleled. Her warm personality also contributed to a special day. If you're looking for a tour guide in Tuscany you won't do any better than WTA.

Alessandra was an amazing tour guide! We had only one day to explore the Tuscan countryside, in fact only 5 hours, and she put together a perfect itinerary for us. First, we went to a small family-run vineyard in Montalcino for some tasty Brunello and an unbelievable snack. The mother of the vineyard prepared a plate of bruschetta, fresh cheeses, prosciutto and other meats for us with olive oil the family grows and makes themselves as well. It was amazing and truly a unique experience! We stopped at one more vineyard before Alessandra took us to the town of Montalcino where we had an hour to walk around. Before leaving us, she showed us a perfect little spot to have a nice lunch. At the end of the day, Alessandra dropped us off in the town of Siena, leaving us with great recommendations of what to see and do in the town.

We did not plan to book Alessandra for a second day but we had such an amazing time with her that we used her for our drive from Siena to Florence. On the way, we were able to stop in San Gimignano for an hour which was such a perfect way to end our experience in the region. Before giving us some time to walk around, Alessandra hooked us up and introduced us to some of her friends who have shops in the adorable town. She even stayed with us for a bit to take some pictures for us with the gorgeous scenery. We would highly recommend Alessandra to anyone who is looking for a guide who is very knowledgeable on the region, very organized, fun to work with and reasonably priced as well!
