stayed 17-24th Oct 2012.
All i can say is "BRILLIANT hotel. We had studio 11 right at the front overlooking the Acropolis.Bit of noise in the morning but nothing to moan about.
Spotless rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing to much trouble for staff. Will go again next year we loved it.

Room Tip: Rooms11 to 14 great view.

When we first arrived at Lindos View, I was a little worried about the location but couldn't have been more wrong. Lindos View sits at the top of the hill overlooking Lindos & the acropolis. Many people advised of different short cuts into Lindos town but we found the easiest route was straight down the road, we were there in 5 minutes, although it took a little longer to come back & a taxi was only 5 euros if we couldn’t face the walk.

Lindos View is absolutely lovely & the staff were really friendly and could not do enough for you. We had emailed Yannis prior to our arrival to see if we could have a refurbished apartment and Yannis quickly emailed back to confirm we would be allocated one. We were not disappointed, the apartment was fantastic with views of the acropolis and a super modern shower with lights that changed colour. The little touches with pink bougainvillea on the bed and around the bath, was really lovely! The rooms are cleaned daily except for Sunday and the towels and bed sheets are changed regularly. The cooking equipment was a bit sparse, with 1 electric burner but we easily managed for our requirements as we intended eating out every night in the numerous restaurants in Lindos.

We ate in the upstairs restaurant once and was a little disappointed. The lighting was very poor where we were sat and we struggled to read the menu, I definitely think more lighting is required. The food is a little pricey and the portions are not very big. My daughter ordered the mousakka but it was more like a starter than a main dish. The deserts on the other hand are very generous and the cheese cake is to die for.

The resort is spotlessly clean & the whole place is beautiful, we will certainly be coming back here again soon!

I was part of a group of 13 who stayed at the Lindos view during the last week in September and the 1st week in October after we chose Lindos and St Pauls bay for the location of our wedding. The Lindos view which is situated on the hill top just outside of Lindos has fantastic views of the acropolis and is in the perfect location for anyone choosing St Pauls bay as the location for their wedding, St Pauls is just a few minutes down the road in a taxi and a 10min walk [I am a fast walker so maybe longer for slower walkers or if your taking your time] The hotel is situated close to the main North/South highway, however once your within the hotel grounds you hardly notice the traffic using the road and at night there is little traffic on the road.

Prior to our visit we regularly checked the comments of other visitors to Lindos view on tripadvisor and have to say we were encouraged by the number of positive comments. On Our arrival we were checked in without any great fuss and shown to our room, which we had requested by email to Yannis prior to our departure from the uk, the room had fresh flowers on the bed, was very clean and the towels / bedding changed regularly by the maid, the hotel grounds were also well kept, and the pools were clean with enough sun beds. There is also a games room toilets and showers downstairs in the main building.

The hotel bar / restaurant whilst more expensive than some of the bars and restaurants in Lindos was ok and we ate / drank there most days. There is entertainment at the hotel which includes karaoke nights, a singer and a traditional Greek evening all are good fun and are finished by 23:30.

Other family members who had travelled to Lindos for the wedding and who were staying at all inclusive hotels nearby visited us at the Lindos View and had nothing but good comments about the hotel.

The world is a huge place and we are never going to get the change to visit all the wonderful places in the world that we would like to visit; therefore I’m a great believer in never going back to the same location / destination. This was our first visit to Rhodes/Lindos and the Lindos View and we can safely say we have falling in love will all three, and will most certainly be going back.

Room Tip: Great Location for anyone chosing to get married at St Paul's bay

A couple in mid-20's. My first ever self-catering trip! I think we made the right choice coming in October (6th-20th) - only 1 overcast/rainy days! Apparently the weather was 'freaky' for this time of year - over 30 degrees most days in our second week! Always a choice of sunbeds, pool not too crowded. There was 1 'normal' sized hob and a very small one. This meant only really could cook 1 thing at a time. But as we'd decided to have breakfast and lunch in our room, but eat out at night, this was perfect for us. There's a fridge, with freezer department, toaster & kettle. The room was cleaned most days and towels and sheets changed every few days - all areas always felt mice and clean.
Perfect location- There are 2 supermarkets, a novelty Ice Bar and bus stop literally 3mins walk away - come out of hotel and turn left! Having been on a coach past other hotels which were more out of the way, we feel ours was the best location! Perfect view of Acropolis and close to Lindos.
You don't need a taxi to Lindos if your party is fit to walk 10-15 mins as the road opposite the icebar leads down a hill to the main square and beach.
Greek night held at the front bar area in the hotel was really good value for money and entertainment that evening was good, too.

Don't like trawling through lengthy reviews so I'll be brief. Wonderfull reception from efficient, friendly staff. Spacious, spotlessly clean room. Great shower and bathroom area. Excellent food, service and views in the restaurant. Great bar service. Well-tended grounds and pools. Plenty of sunbeds. 10 days without a fault. Can't wait to go back.
