“It all started a little badly......”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 18, 2013

My wife and I arrived on 12th September to celebrate our new joint retirement. My wife had spent an exhilarating week on Symi, painting, and had moved 3 or 4 times during her earlier stay, so when we heard there was a "technical problem" with our booked suite, and that we would have to stay the first night in another room, it was bad news. We were both tired and my wife was adamant that she really didn't want to move again, even though the suite we had booked was a much larger room befitting our celebratory mood. It was a bad and upsetting start.

Katerina on the front desk couldn't have been more apologetic. "I will try to make this up to you'.

And she did.

We moved into the Junior suite we had booked, on the second day and everything after that was perfect. The staff are, as stated many times before in these columns, faultless, right across the board. From the waiting staff to the cleaners (thank you Elida), there is a sense of service and fun which I don't think I've ever encountered before. The food in the main restaurant was wonderful, and the massages we were offered as a complimentary gesture because of the initial problem were terrific. There were other gestures which impressed us.

I cannot commend this hotel too highly, and if, by some accident, you find you have something less than what was offered in the initial arrangement for which you paid, don't worry. The staff in this hotel are quite insistent that your holiday will not be ruined. They will move heaven and earth to make you feel like you want to return. Actually, I suspect mistakes are as rare as hen's teeth.

And we will most assuredly want to return. I commend the management and staff of this enterprise. They are simply outstanding.

Room Tip: The only niggle is that because the rooms overlook the bay (all have stunning views) the rooms with...

All I want to say is that this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, including places like Emirates palace and Atlantis Dubai. he place itself is very modern, clean and has great views of mountains and beach. We mixed up the beach with the various pools and if was very relaxing.
The lift systems was initially confusing but after a while we got used to it and it didn't bother us as they were never vet busy.
It's a 5 min (6-8 euros) taxi trip to lindos town and there are some great resturants there and good shopping for the Mrs, if you like that kind if thing. Most of the time we ate in lindos, or at the taverna near the beach which was v cheap. We also used the supermarket quite a bit to stock up on beer and wine.
If you want to chill, eat nice food and be very well looked after by the excellent hotel staff you won't be disappointed.

We did not even stay in Lindos… we have only been there for 30 minutes but it was enough to feel their hospitality. Me and my boyfriend were on holidays in Rhodes staying in region of Faliraki. We had an accident with our motorbike outside the hotel and one of the staff members came directly towards our side. She offered us a glass of water and they took good care every of my trauma by cleaning it and placing plasters on them. They did everything they could for us and we cannot find a way to thank them for that but only with this review… If we could spend more money for our holidays we would have definitely choose this hotel… Once again, Thank you all – especially Thank you Katrana and her team I can see now a reason why your name is mentioned in many reviews. We hope to see you again in the future.

Just absolutely perfect! Booked this hotel for our Silver Wedding Anniversary as we watched a perfect romantic break and boy did we get it! Beautiful hotel, fantastic room, views, staff and location. Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to make your stay perfect. Especially loved the room service breakfast, the chocolates and gifts from the housekeeping staff. We even had a cake sent up to our room on our special day! Loved every minute. Only minor is that due to the nature of the hotel there aren't many sunbeds around the pool. The pools open at 8am so if you are a late riser may have difficulty finding one free. This didnt spoil our stay though as we just went down to the beach area which was very nice and most times managed to get a sunbed later in the afternoon when the early birds had left.

Room Tip: We had a standard room which in any other hotel would be superior! Our room was high up so had a fab...

Wonderful hotel with wonderful views over the bay. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff here. From the moment you arrive when you are greeted to the moment you leave. No need to upgrade as the rooms are lovely. Spectacular views from all rooms. The beach has waiter service so after a dip in the warm Aegean Sea you can relax with a cold drink.

The infinity pool deck is always busy. If there is one criticism it's that selfish people get up early and claim sun beds by leaving towels on them then not returning for hours.

A big thank you for the warm and friendly service and great food. We will return.

Room Tip: All rooms great. However, you are overlooked if you have your own pool. Why upgrade when you have...

just returned after a week at Lindos Blu. What a hotel !
Great staff, great food, great room and wonderful weather. Special mention to Anastasia who welcomed us to breakfast every morning with a winning smile and nothing was too much trouble for her. she is a little gem. The view from our room was breathtaking, looking out over the bay. My wife and l have stayed in some fine hotels and Lindos Blu is right up there with the best.

Room Tip: Room 332 has great views across the bay.

After 22 years of taking the kids abroad we decided we were overdue a little "us" time. We scoured the brochures for a top notch,,adults only hotel, and, not having been to Rhodes before, this seemed to come highly recommended.

I'm so glad i made that choice !

Rooms clean and comfortable with modern appliances. The Queen sized bed delivered plenty of zeds and the best panoramic view of any bay i've ever seen - it was simply stunning to wake up to .Also, nice touches to the room - fruit and wine on arrival, occasional choccies, iced tea, and complimentary voucher for head massage.

Food unbelievably varied and plentiful, cooked and served to a high quality. We took the half board option which turned out to be extremely good value. We were never rushed and staff were always attentive and could never do enough for you.

Infact this brings me onto the final point - the staff themselves. They turn a splendid hotel into an exceptional hotel. Their cheery and welcoming manner really sets you up for the whole holiday experience and we were made to feel like some sort of royalty throughout. All staff are immaculately turned out, always smiling and only too happy to converse with you. They were a credit to both the hotel and their respective professions, and certainly left a lasting impression on both of us.

All in all a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday :)

Room Tip: We were in B225 which had stunning view of the bay. Balcony had very little sun until 5.00 ish which...
