“Best location plus kindest host makes for perfect break”
Reviewed October 22, 2017 for a stay in October 2017

In a quiet street with two brandy distilleries and a sherry bodega, this is a bright, light mderb apartment with a large roof terrace to relax on and take in the views.
It's a short but delightful walk to the town centre, much of it under a canopy of jacaranda trees.
It's the old Flamenco area, so listen out for the sound of small Flamenco schools while at a local bar.
Jose greeted s at the airport as old friends, and an hour later we were seated by the central food market watching the world go by over cold beers. Beautiful buildings, and not too touristy, Jerez is an ideal short break destination.
We tried to find something to fault, and finally agreed the apartment could do with a bit more in the way of cutlery and mugs and glasses. That's it!

“Entirely satisfied”
Reviewed April 7, 2017 for a stay in October 2016

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet area very comfortably furnished including a fabulous leather sofa and plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the convenience of a short walk to bars and restaurants and the great local atmosphere. Jerez is one of the most 'Spanish' towns we have visited and we loved the local fino and finding out the bars with flamenco performers. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and the booking procedure with the owner who is a very helpful and kind owner.

“In the heart of the Flamenco quarter”

In a street full of bodegas, with their heady scent in the air. Views of church spires from the roof top terrace with storks and swifts overhead. A clean, cool, calm apartment, with bars at the end of the road and a supermarket 300m away. An easy to follow stroll into the heart of the town. Fresh lobsters from the market cost us 14 euros for two. A town to enjoy at a slow saunter. And sometimes the owner can pick you up from the airport. Would go back like a shot. And at these prices, we are tempted to.

Liked best: Smelling the distilleries that surround it
Liked least: Well, I suppose the bath mat was a little slippery if you want to be picky...

“Lovely Penthouse apartment in Jerez”
Reviewed March 3, 2014 for a stay in February 2014

Modern, elegant, clean and well equipped apartment. When it was described as an "atico" we did not realize that it was going to be a penthouse apartment with its own private roof patio. Good for eating outside, sunbathing etc.

The apartments equipment included a music system, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen etc. The only disadvantage was that there was no wifi, a problem as almost none of the Jerez cafes & bars offer wifi to there customers. The apartment is on a quiet road near Santiago church, within easy walking distance of the centre.
