We had a super lunch at this restaurant on the outskirts of Jerez today. We did not book, and as a Sunday we had to wait for a table, but it was well worth the wait! We shared very garlicky clams which I requested, and the pulpo, both were perfectly cooked. We shared a very tasty matured Cantabrian entrecôte (rare) and perfectly cooked. We shared the chocolate coulan with vanilla ice-cream, again this was perfectly cooked with a very good dark chocolate sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Ramon Bilbao.
The service was excellent and we will most definitely will be going back. We felt it was very good value today and very good cooking. The tapas menu looked good, as well.
