We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the location is fantastic near to the Alcazar and next to the central square in Jerez, but it's not a hotel without its problems. As one of the other reviewers says, the shower design is flawed, and water will run off the door onto the floor outside. The reception desk also stops the door opening from the outside when nobody's there, which happened several times when we were there, leaving us locked out.

Overall, it's a good hotel, and the rooftop pool is lovely, but it feels understaffed, and the bathroom really needs fixing (unless it's just one with a problem!)

At first glance the hotel has a wonderful location, modern facilities in a remodeled home. Rooms are ample and beds are very comfortable And THEN take a shower in a TINY shower stall ( or in the tub for that matter) and the bathroom floods completely. You end up mopping the floor with your towels. Next head on down to a basement cafeteria for breakast and find cold scrambled eggs which we decided to put in the toaster to reheat! no fruit left on the platters and not a soul in sight to ask for help. we made do with what was left on the trays and finally the receptionist, who doubles as waittress! showed up and got us some orange juice, fruit and bread! when we were almost finished having breakfast. Also found a hair in the cheese! The next morning we discovered that the breakfast chef doubles as housemaid and has to clean rooms. It would seem that the owners could hire a few more staff to avoid having jack of all trades and lack of service. NOT a hotel I would ever come back to nor recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: dont think any can improve on the bathroom design Am sure they ALL must flood

Excellent location for visiting the sites. We parked in the Alameda (Empark) which is easy to find as it is under the Alcazar, & only a few minutes walk away from the hotel which is right next to Arenal Plaza.
The hotel was clean & I liked the modern decor although some may not like the dark colours.
The bathroom was a good size, and I really liked the fact there was a bath & separate shower.
I thought it was a bit odd that the door to the bathroom was frosted glass which meant if you needed the bathroom during the night the bedroom was flooded with light, okay if you are on your own but a bit annoying when sharing.
The bed was nice & firm but the pillows were awful, I just could not get comfy, one was not enough but the second pillow too big (ideal for propping yourself up to read)
Breakfast was okay not a bad choice but as mentioned in a previous review it didn't seem as if it was topped up very often.
Staffing levels were very minimal, I only ever saw 1 person, & at any time, but they were very polite & helpful
Overall a pleasant stay, nothing outstanding but a decent hotel in an excellent location.

This is a really nice hotel.Attractive internal moorish style architecture, particularly clean and with notably attentive, helpful and pleasant staff. One of the receptionists recommended two restaurants, both of which turned out to be superb. Huge breakfast room with appropriate pictures of bodegas on the walls. Good breakfast, too. Bedroom was spacious, as was the bed!Bathroom facilities definitely five star with both shower (excellent) and bath.Only quibbles were the lack of a bar (which didn't matter too much because there were two practically next door) and the spasmodically malfunctioning automatic front door which let one out but refused to allow ingress! Overall, though, fantastic value and very highly recommended.

Clean, modern with great service, especially the lady in the breakfast / cleaning but also front office staff. Only remark was that air condition didn't work so the air quality was bad in the room with no fans. Outside was a storm so not really an option to have windows open as it would cause water to rain in on furniture etc.

Modern, comfortable, great location - pretty well sums it up.
Booked on basis of Trip Advisor review. Our Room was a good size - non Americans would probably say large with lovely spacious bathroom.
Nearest car park is only 2 euros if u are there Sat/Sun if not 15/16 a day, 5 euro park only couple of hundred yards.
Hard to beat the location for exploring Jerez. Recommend Enka Juanele a few doors down for breakfast & Albores for lunch/dinner/tapas - very good.

Room Tip: We had a room on the front - it was not noisy & it was large. Might want to avoid front at times...

Clean, crisp new hotel. Very difficult to find if driving into Jerez even with a satnav. They need to put clear directions on their website. Helpful staff but very few of them. At breakfast on the second day we had to go to Reception to ask for the very beautiful but sparsely supplied plates to be refilled. In fact, there were so few staff about, we were surprised a hotel of this size could be run efficiently. However, the rooms are beautiful - never seen a bidet with a lid!!! and a fabulous double glass basin unit!
All in all, well located for the centre of Jerez and comfortable. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Would be great if Spanish hotels had a coffee/tea making facility in their rooms though.
Car park around the corner at 5 euro per 24hrs so you have to drive out and in again to get the deal
