We had 2 nights at this hotel, a group of 10 from our Classic Car Club to watch the Historic meeting at Jerez Circuit.
The Hotel was very much as expected both in price and quality. Can't recommend the full breakfast at 10 Euros plus VAT, fruit and cold buffet ok but bacon, eggs and sausage cold, greasy and tasteless. The second morning we chose to have toast and jam with excellent hot coffee at 6.80e for 2. in the cafeteria which is also a very comfortable bar in the evenings.
We had the Menu del day on the 2nd evening which was good food at a reasonable 18.50e for 3 courses, the only disappointment- it was advertised as with a drink which turned out to be water!! There is no access to the restaurant from the hotel, it is a walk in the rain outside to the side of the building. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful
GOOD. Position, Staff, Food if you are selective,Nice rooms, Large comfy beds, Attractive building
BAD. Swimming pool closed on our first evening for maintenance, bad planning on a race weekend. Poor previous repair to the bath in our room, I managed to put my foot through the end or the bath and cut my foot, we were moved without question and a basket of fruit was left in our new room. On reflection I should have made more of a fuss about the bath but at the time we found it quite funny and was grateful I had not suffered a worse injury.
