Every dish was fabulous. We went back the 2nd night to try a different dish. Don't miss the Calamari...

“Excellent fish, friendly service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2013

A well and beautifully prepared fish dishes, with a friendly staff and owner(?). Has more class than the pizzeria in the center of town. You need to ask at the hotel where it is, as it is not in the center, it is closer to the station.

“Memorable Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2013

Walked here from the Crowne Plaza. This experience was one of the best of my trip. The family goes over and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is freshly prepared. Homemade dessert was wonderful. Not sure what it was because the waitress didn't know the English pronunciation. Fish is the specialty and the chef certainly knows how to prepare it. Pasta dishes are few but my daughter had the gnocchi and loved it.

“Wonderful family owners and good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013 via mobile

We were staying at the Crowne Plaza and read about this restaurant on trip advisor. It is a nice 10 min stroll to the place in this sleepy bedroom community outside of Venice. First of all we had a great time there and even though the owner doesn't speak English we had so much fun talking to him with our limited Itallian. His daughter does speak English and took our order without any problems The salads are very fresh and the highlight of the meal for me. They bring out a bread basket with olive oil that my two teenage sons devoured in record time. They have a very limited menu with no pizzas. The pastas were good and the risotto was the best item. Some in our group had seafood, and while it was tasty and cooked well, the portions were small. We also ordered their house red wine and poceeded to have an enjoyable meal. Tiramisu is very good! It was nice to have the walk back to the hotel with our full bellies. It does not open until 7:30 for dinner.

“Typically Italian.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 24, 2013 via mobile

Very very Italian, in the best way possible.
The owner came over to our table, and instead of handing us a menu, proceed to suggest their specialities. We trusted him, and went for it. Well, the food was amazing. Seafood. We paid about 30€ a head for two big starters and a really great crab pasta dish with lots of wine. Great value.
