We ate twice at this trattoria during our week's holiday - we thoroughly enjoyed our first meal there and wanted to try different dishes. On our first visit it was wet outside so everyone sat inside and the atmosphere was ok. we were seated in the back room on our own so it was a little quiet but the staff were very attentive. We had their amazing antipasti and the pasta course. One of the dishes was a little undercooked so that the pasta was hard, but the flavours were delicious and it was good value at approx 40 euros including drinks. Our second visit was a little disappointing in comparison. We had booked for 8pm and although the chef was there and seated us the staff didn't turn up until 8.20! It was a cool evening so we elected to sit inside and were pointed to the back room again. However, every other guest went into the courtyard so we missed the atmosphere again and the staff were less attentive as it was a busier night. We also made a bit of a menu error by ordering the day's special antipasti and the house antipasti, expecting just one portion of each to share, but there was enough food for four, let alone the two of us! We selected the lamb chops and pork loin for the second course, but neither were particularly exciting and were served with just a raw fennel, so we were a little disappointed. The bill was approx 60 euros including drinks, which compared to other local trattorias that were excellent, we felt made the meal expensive. I would recommend trying this trattoria but wouldn't say it was the best meal we had in the area.
