From the first view of the iron gate to the big hugs from Tonia when we left we had a marvelous time at Villa Tonia. We had rented the Villa for our family to attend a wedding in Fasano and we stayed for 5 days. The grounds are magnificent with beautiful lawns, an olive grove, chapel, children's play area, aviary and a classic swimming pool. There is a large covered terrace where a lovely breakfast was laid out for us every day (all manner of fresh baked goods, sweets, coffee, juices, yogurt, cereal and a hot dish) by Tonia. The rooms are hospital clean and smartly decorated. We lived mostly outside so we did not use the sitting room, dining room and TV area - they were furnished in a very elegant style. The kitchen was modern, fully equipped and stylish. We were surprized by a large extra bathroom that had a brilliant shower spa that took some figuring out, but was a wild experience!

    The wi-fi worked perfectly.

Vito and Tonia couldn't have been better hosts. Tonia discretely cleaned and tidied and even made us a huge salad for lunch one day while Vito made sure everything operated smoothly (he volunteered to handle the payment of a parking ticket we got in Ostuni). They are great people. Finding Villa Tonia may be a challenge for the first timer - even with a GPS, but it's worth the time. You will need a car for travel into one of the nearby towns for delicious meals

The perfect, elegant and quiet vacation. Thank you Tonia and Vito.

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely. The room on the top floor is a treat. It is up a narrow circular stair case and has it's own huge terrace to sit out on and enjoy the stars. It gets a wonderful cross breeze from the sea. A/C worked perfectly.

This place was beyond our expectations - Surrounded by 1,000 year old olive groves, Villa Tonia was a little paradise. Great place to just chill out and relax. Vito and his wife are real gems and I just wish we could have stayed a little longer. Highly reccomended.

We have just returned from an excellent holiday at the Villa Tonio the villa is set in a private rural location (best to ave a car) and is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a restfull break. The owners are so warm and welcoming and have paid considerable attention to every detail including the provision of home baked food, home grown food and even thier own wine, we awoke one morning to find a lovely breakfast liad out for us to enjoy!

So if your looking for a villa with warm and generous hosts look no further, enjoy!

If you are looking for a villa with lots of love for originality and detail, this is definitely the place for you! Equipped with everything you will need for your stay, great bathrooms, a cooking place with gas for preparing the most splendid dinners, a large terrace with an exceptional view on the perfectly cared for garden - an oasis for all your senses. The pool offers refreshment, the diving board fun for young and old... Some nice beaches are just around the corner (spiaggia dell macchie), restaurants and cocktail bars (polignano a mare), caves (grotte di castellana) and ancient stone houses (trull in alberobello). Enjoy this exceptional place, meet the adorable hosts Tonia and Vito - and taste the homemade vino frizzante della villa Tonia!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in Puglia. One week was spent at this fantastic place - Villa Tonia near Fasano. Until you enter it yourself, you cannot imagine that such a place can exist. It is so beautiful, so pieceful. I felt as if in a fairy-tale or a beautiful dream. We rented the whole villa for our small family of four. But it's capacity is much bigger. Everything is very convenient and thought of. The interior is richly decorated, the hostess Antonia is a painter and a textile artist herself. The terrace is big with a sofa-swing and a table where we had our meals in the open. The pool is big and has a jumping board, which we used extensively. The garden is really and truly fantastic, has wonderful trees and flowers, nude statues, fountains, stone benches, barbecue. It consists of defferent zones for relaxation, there is even a small pine forest where you can hide from the heat and doze in a hammock. There is also a very big cage with a canary bird who sings.
Vito and Antonia are so welcoming, so kind and thoughtful, and also very tactful, which is important too. They allowed us to take apricots, peaches, tomatoes, salad etc. from their garden, gave us fresh eggs. They treated us to different dishes made by Tonia herself and also brought from the nearby farms (burata to die for). We could use bicycles for adults and children. The sea is 5 minutes drive by car.
It is an ideal place to spend a holiday, touring Puglia, as a lot of attractions are easy to reach, and relaxing after it in your own secluded Piece of Paradise.
Dear Vito and Tonia, thank you so much for everything.
