This is a superb find, a "simple" restaurant serving seemingly "simple" local food in a great historical (more than 500 year of setting")
The house specialty is grilled rooster: it is crispy on the outside and the meat extraordinarily succulent, moist and tasty...I already had forgotten how great grilled chicken can taste. The side dishes, fresh fresh salads and tasty spaetzle al dente were excellent, as was the freindly service.
All in all a very pleasant experience in a charming historically important old city
